It was a great experience with this EFT workshop conducted by Ms. Sonsl Wadhwa .Best part was early morning session which is much needed to get energized for the whole day.
Overall sessions are for thoes who believe in themselves but got stuck somewhere due to any reason.
Sonal's guidance can help to all thoes who want to start again in their life with respect to ongoing personal or professional challenges.

Writing a review for Sonal feels like a student or patient expressing gratitude to a teacher or doctor. She has been my guide, my mentor, my friend, my go-to person, my advisor, patient listener, motivator, and therapist—the list could go on endlessly.

The 5 am club she started is something our group eagerly looks forward to waking up for. People go to bed on time just to ensure they’re up for it. If she had set it for 4 am, I’m certain the group would be ready at 4.

In her sessions, it feels as if she’s addressing each person’s individual challenges, with EFT working to untangle every knot in the thread of our lives. She has ignited a fire in us to pursue our goals and, most importantly, has helped us realize just how essential our goals are. She reminds us of our "why" every day—how powerful that reason is and why setting goals matters. She ensures that each of us is progressing in the right direction.

She is, and always will be, my mentor for life!

I had previously done EFT long ago but somehow forgot about it. Attending Sonal's sessions ignited the urge to use it daily. It is very useful in day-to-day life and quite faster than any other mode of self-healing or self-improvement.

It was really a wonderful 3 days session with Sonal about is very active, energetic and most of all eager to be helpful to others. I really enjoyed all the 3 days sessions and it really did make a lot of difference just for the 3 days.

I had in fact taken further steps to have her coach me, to help and guide me further in this path which I’m sure that would really turn out to be a wonderful journey in my life.

I attended Sonal's 3 day EFT workshop. She is very dedicated and her energy is so pure. I love the way she conducted 3 days EFT tapping session at 5 am. She is full of energy and it is passed on to us. EFT tapping surely gave me some relief and the best part was taking action. Tapping along with taking action is an amazing combination and feels practical.

I also want to add that I felt her presence not just for an hour but she was continuously encouraging us throughout the day to take action. The onboarding was very smooth and she has ensured top customer experience. From setting up the alarm, to encouraging us to take action after the session and preparation for next morning, everything is perfect. Thank you Sonal.
