A fabulous selection of well curated pieces and I'm delighted with my sofa; the quality is superb and its both comfortable and beautiful. There's a huge choice of fabrics to choose from too. Client service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble in terms of assistance in selecting the right piece and making sure its a 5* experience from beginning to end. Delivery was great too, the sofa was unpacked & assembled in room of choice.

Nothing with this company was too much trouble, I placed the order and Sarah, same day was in contact with me to explain that as the product was coming from abroad, delivery would be longer than normal. Sarah then contacted me to confirm that the chairs had arrived in their warehouse and asked when I would like delivery. Their delivery driver was also very polite and helpful. Since it was my first purchase, I was a bit worried at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from ordering to delivery. The product's design and quality are exactly as I imagined, and I’m very happy with it.

What can we say that isn't brilliant about someday designs that isn't a positive superlative. From first contact with Emily to delivery notifications with Sarah the service and products have been better than expected. We couldn't recommend them more.

Ferm living ( Sarah in particular) could not have been more helpful. I needed some extra long pendant cable and they sourced without fuss and delivered really speedily keeping me informed about the progress of my order every step of the way.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. From the complementary swatches at the beginning to the friendly service all the way through the process I can’t recommend them enough. My Muuto sofa is a dream. Having recently had to turn another piece of furniture away from another company because it wouldn’t fit up a narrow set of London stairs, was also very thankful to the team that came to do an access check and managed to get everything up the stairs (amazingly!)
