It is described as an air conditioner - it's not! It is a cheap fan made of blue and grey plastic. They will not supply a return label . They said; "Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80) will it be possible to offer a $10 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you." I refused and they went on to offer me $20! They know people won't pay the high postage costs and are laughing at their customers.
They really are a disgusting firm and the more people know about them the better. In this country it is against the law to misrepresent goods like this, but feel they are safe as they are not in this country.
I have also seen it on Amazon on different sites, with prices ranging from £21.99 to £128.41!!!!
The date of experience was when I bought it. I am still trying to spread the truth about them! (The picture at the top of this review is not the fan I am reviewing.)

Misleading advertising. They do not work. Trying to return is too difficult and very expensive. Money wasted. Do not buy

The only reason why I gave one star is because zero was not an option. I purchased 2 of their so called air conditioning units. What I received was 2 cheap and shoddy fans each fitted with a heater element. They have no cooling mechanism whatsoever. I will never buy from them again.

Don’t waste your money these are companies that falsely advertise. Do not be misled by what they say. These are very cheap crap and useless fans. I order 3 and 2 of them came damaged. I requested my money back like it says in the advert they claim that they will give you 30 day money back guarantee rubbish. I had to argue to get my money back. I got PayPal involved and that’s how I ended up getting my money back, they would not give you the money you paid for they would only give you 10% back. Please do not use this company. They are ripped off merchants.

Absolutely NOT an air conditioner (in the usual sense) and cooler - just a room fan and heater if needed.

These units are a total rip-off and Fraud, period! Is not, could not, ever be a Air Conditioner unit has stated on the Solyball.com Web site.
It can cost with USPS or USP up to $79-125 + just to return shipping fee.
Even the shipping box says Air Conditioner on the outside, but the written instructions and on the unit backside says Wall Mounted Heater! Product code LX-333. ElectroMax Heater. AS THE OLD SAYING GOES; "BUYER BE WHERE"

Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, um an heißen Tagen eine Abkühlung zu haben. Leider ist die Enttäuschung riesig: Das Gerät erbringt absolut überhaupt keine Kühlleistung. Die Luft ist genauso warm wie zuvor, es wird lediglich die Luft im Raum umgewälzt wie bei einem billigen Ventilator. Für das Versprechen einer echten Kühlung ist das eine absolute Frechheit. Der Kundenservice reagiert zudem nicht auf meine Reklamation. Spart euch das Geld!

I get the impression that a Chinese company is using this name and I have had a useless item from them. It advises that it is an air conditioner but all it does is push either the air in the room or hot air around. Beware and make sure you get the right item as the item i received is garbage and poorly made

I would not recommend buying from this company.

The product I received was completely different from the one advertised on their website. The appearance and branding did not match what I ordered, which was very disappointing.

The quality is extremely poor. It feels like a very cheap plastic product and, in my opinion, is not worth more than £10, let alone the £149.98 I paid. It certainly does not perform like a portable air conditioner. A standard desk fan, or even a small USB handheld fan, does a better job of moving air and keeping you cool.

The website gives the impression of offering a premium product, but what I received was simply a cheap plastic product manufactured in China. There is certainly nothing about the product that suggests it is British-made or of British quality, despite the impression the website gave me.

When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me only a $15 partial refund or expected me to pay $50–$80 to return the item to China before receiving a refund. I do not believe customers should have to pay expensive international return shipping when the product they receive is not the one that was advertised.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The product does not live up to its advertising, the build quality is poor, and the after-sales support has been equally disappointing.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this company do their research first and think carefully before spending their money.
