Mir wurden 14,99 € für ein Monatsabo abgebucht. Eine Abschlussbestätigung oder Rechnung habe ich nicht erhalten. Erst durch die Abbuchung bin ich auf das Abo aufmerksam geworden.

Ich finde weder in der App noch auf der Website einen Kündigungsbutton. Die Website verweist auf die Verwaltung über Apple, aber in meinen Apple-Abonnements wird Solvely überhaupt nicht angezeigt. So kann ich das Abo nicht selbst kündigen. Darüber bin ich wirklich sehr verärgert.

Ich habe meine Kündigung bereits per E-Mail an die Support Mail geschickt, da hier bei vielen Bewertungen auf diese Adresse verwiesen wird. Diesen Schritt habe ich schon erledigt. Ich erwarte deshalb eine umgehende Bearbeitung statt eines erneuten Verweises auf dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse.

Bitte bestätigen Sie mir die Kündigung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt und dass die automatische Verlängerung deaktiviert ist. Ich möchte dieses Abo nicht verlängern und keine weiteren Abbuchungen erhalten.

I paid for this subscription, but its not giving me humanized result, very bad service.

Solvely has helped me study for big tests, answer hard questions, and figure out how to solve them. The writing tools are huge too, they help so much with generating citations or doing my research for me. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the price is a little high at $8.99/week, but the AI tools that become available are totally worth it, however $5/week would probably be much more reasonable for the service.

I paraphrased a dense literature review paragraph and the original meaning stayed accurate. Citations context wasn't lost.

They renew my subscription without notice.

Paid for a full year, but access was removed after one week!

I purchased a 1-year paid subscription to Solvely.ai, and everything was working as expected for the first week. However, when I logged back in recently, almost all of the premium features were completely locked. My account is acting as if I am on a limited free tier, even though my payment for the full annual plan was processed.

It is very frustrating to pay upfront for a yearly service and lose access so quickly with no explanation. I have reached out to customer support to get this sorted out, but as of right now, I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

I hope the team resolves this technical issue and restores my subscription access promptly. I will update this review if and when the issue is resolved.

I emailed you guys requesting a refund because money got deducted from my account and I remember checking before hand if I had a subscription and I didnt. You guys are not getting back to me via email and I would like my refund please

screw this website i paid 70 bucks for a year of ai for school and the ai sucked the first 30 seconds i used it and I've been trying to get a refund for the past week and all the support team and ai bullshit is doing is ignoring me. ive asked for a refund multiple times and they will not provide me with one.

I have tried to contact the company twice now to cancel. i never signed up for this so I don't know my username or email to cancel. Of course no phone number to call!

Sounds even worse than the apparently 100% AI version even though 30 seconds before it labeled it as 54% AI. Website is a scam and will immediately cancel subscription!!
Ps was trying to cancel the subscription and they absolutely tried to make it as hard and complicated as possible! Avoid at all cost, they are a low quality and predatory website who only want money.

Solvely’s AI Solver walked through a simple equation and then plugged the answer back in to check it. That’s the bit I liked: I could follow why each step worked and see for myself that the answer fit.

terrible, flagged my students for things they wrote in class on school chrome books that have any AI websites blocked, and that had every screen locked on only google docs while all the students had no access to other devices during the hour they wrote it. Terrible and after that they have the audacity to make me still pay for a subscription that was troublesome to cancel.

Okay, if you write a lot of essays, you need to know about solvely. It checks for ai, helps fix the flagged parts, and checks for plagiarism before submit. I’ve been using it for my assignments and it has saved me from so much last-minute stress 😭

I mean, homework, exam prep, taking notes in class, writing a paper, you pay one subscription and get almost everything AI-powered. Not the normal chatgpt kind of powered, but very accurate solutions, very alike exam questions, very helpful flashcards...

Garbage. I just tested both AI and human writing, and it identified both as 100% AI possibility. And to get an explanation it pushes you to an upgrade.

Good for my exam preparation, better than ChatGPT.
