No reminder and then suddenly"3rd reminder" and 10 euros cost plus invoice for goods not received. Never again
What a pity I didn't read the useful reviews beforehand. I would never have ordered the items from S.Oliver if I had known I would have to pay almost €40 for the return from Spain!!!!
Impossible service. I also have to declare the items!
I will cancel my account and never order from S.Oliver or Comma.eu again. Very customer unfriendly!
I ordered some accessories, and I think this brand in general is overpriced. What annoys me is how slow they process the payment, no delivery date/tracking number. I feel like it's outdated. When I complained to customer service, I got an automatic message (signed by Karmen) that sounded like: 'Thanks but we don't care'. I don't think I will order from them ever again.
I've just paid 20,7 Euro for return WITHIN the EU!!!! I've never ever faced such an unfair company behaviour ! This is what they communicate in FAQ related to return/refund: "You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. " BUT, I don't think people are aware of the possible shipping costs as most of the companies INCLUDE the return cost in the delivery fee. SO, the shipment when ordering was 4,95 Euro, and they think, that 20,7 Euros in addition is acceptable???Shame on you, very big disappointment , no purchase ever again.
I bought a winter jacket which cost almost 150€ and because of THEIR WRONG size table she is totally useless because she is huge!! To send it back post office ask for 35€!! It should be clearly written that return is EXTRA money even if is their fault!
Didn't get a full refund after returning some items.
When i emailed they responded as if they didn't understand the problem. When i called and explained the problem they disconnected me 6 times! Finally i got the assurance they would pay me the full refund and i would receive a discount coupon for all the inconvenience i suffert. I got zero. I tried to call them again. Several times. When i finally got someone on the phone, that person told me i wasn't getting my money back and if i didn't agree with that i should write an email to the headoffice . Which i did. Never got a response.
I got the item, but the website let me include item that was not available, and it took about 4 days for them to return the extra money that I paid. But other than that it was quite smooth.
