An excellent service

My first order from this company. I decided to pay for a premium delivery which arrived on time in spite of the Christmas rush.
A good experience with fast efficient service.
Highly recommended.

First time I’ve used solippy company…

First time I’ve used this company solippy to buy clarin cream it was a great price and the service was great. Received it in three or four days. I live at the top of Scotland so just take a little bit more time. I will use the company again as everything was great. I love the cream

Been weeks useless

Been weeks. Still not received my order think I have been bumped do not use this company makes you not want to shop online

Thank you for your feedback.
We have had no communication from yourself to advise us that you have not received this order only this review 20 days after the order.
Having checked the order, it states DELIVERED 2nd Nov 2023 with tracking GG542705720GB https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/GG542705720GB
You will see that there is a photo showing an open front door where your postman had delivered this with the GPS Coordinates of your address that your postman had entered.
We emailed you the tracking ref on the 31st Oct
We emailed you on the 1st Nov to advise that Royal Mail were delivering on the 2nd Nov
We emailed you on the 2nd Nov to advise that Royal Mail had delivered the parcel to you
We can put a complaint in against RM and send you a disclaimer form if you are stating that this was not delivered & the open front door accepting the parcel is not your house and get this fully investigated from your order of the 28th Oct.
