As for someone like me who values the benefits of an application where I can received a gig based on my customized filters, it is such a great help for me! One thing that I found fascinating is the "ease of use", right from start, the registration is easy, and after the register you will be needing to select your preferred filters, that will match your exact skills or keywords if you are looking for a certain technology (eg: C#, PHP)

And unlike any other freelancing web applications that I have used, this is one of the most straightforward one, where I do not need to go back again and again to know how it really works.

I am receiving lots of good jobs that match what I need—highly recommended! :)

I encountered an issue initially with an unauthorized payment, but I was pleasantly surprised by the swift response from the support team. They addressed the problem promptly and effectively.

I must say, the support I received was exceptional, contrary to some negative feedback I've seen. My experience with Solidgigs has been fantastic, both in terms of the service itself and the support provided.

UPDATED: Someone did eventually reach out to cancel my account, so that was settled. However, it does speak to the user experience that it took a lot of maneuvering to get the account canceled. I'm told that's being fixed. I did start getting plenty of leads in the time between my email and the account closure, but no matter how I tried, I couldn't find any that worked for me. It might work for some.

Solidgigs won't cancel account. I followed all of the instructions, and when you get to the cancelation page, it won't confirm. It just takes you back to the home page. I've disputed the charges with my bank and put in all the correct tickets, but this site has never, not once, sent me any leads, and just keeps taking my money.

Once you sign up for the free trial, it's not possible to cancel it as the page is not working, and the customer service isn't replying. Also, I haven't received any leads in the first days

If I could give them a zero, I would. Each "gig" came in its own email, which meant multiple emails clogging our business's inbox every day. The "gigs" were often employment and job posting so many were not even useful.

We cancelled our 7-day free trial (which we received no reminder about so mark your calendars) about 12 hours too late and were charged for a month of service.

We reached out to ask them for a refund because we legitimately could get 0 value out of their service. We received a automatic email that we would be contacted within 2 business days but never heard anything from them, even after follow up.

We disputed their charge with our credit card....which they finally (surprise) responded to ...to fight us on. WOW, awful service...if you can even qualify it as a service

I am one unlucky user that got the account blocked right after the free 7 days trial and after I paid the first month. After 7 days they are incapable of restoring the account, and I can't access my account to cancel the service, download a payment receipt or invoice, not to mention that there are no more leads coming in. Highly incompetent company, I regret ever trying their services and I absolutely do not recommend it.
Later edit - I got back the access to the account, but I still can't see the last payment receipt.
What is good about the website: when it works, you get good leads, daily.

I paid R600 for nothing. I have no leads. You people haven't been sending me transcription jobs. Instead you send me jobs that I have no experience or interest in. I just want my money back that's all!

They charged me 35 USD for the 1 month membership, but when I access SolidGigs, it says membership expired. They charged me 35 USD and after the 1 week free trial, I can't access it? Either give me my membership or give me my money back. Their support doesn't do anything to help either. I have contacted support twice within the past week and have received no reply.

Edit: I finally received a reply. I will change my review depending on what happens.

Edit 2: The problem was fixed.

I'm a senior fashion designer, the first 10 offers I got from them were for curriculum writer, webdeveloper, wordpress developer, junior graphic designer etc etc.
