Amazing sneakers and honest communication

This company is great and gave us amazing Air Jordan 1 Low white wedding shoes for me and my wife!!! Turned out great and they were able to ship just in time before our wedding. We wore them on our honeymoon! Highly reccomend. Great craftmanship and customization. Awesome sneakers that will last a lifetime. They had great communication with us. Even when there was delay, they were able to still deliver to us on time and waived the next-day shipping fees. They are company of their word. Trust them. They worked out for us with our wedding.

WORTH the wait!

My order arrived today and it was WORTH THE WAIT. The shoes they created are beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I can’t wait to give them as a gift. While there were production delays and I was anxious about the order coming in time, I received personalized communication from Veronica which was so reassuring. The shoes ultimately arrived in time for my event. The attention to detail with the shoes and their efforts to meet my timeline was SO APPRECIATED!

This place is not legit

This place is not legit. I had high hopes for the independent business that they are attempting to do and they screwed us over. If you give them 5-6 weeks to make your shoes for the wedding they may not do them in time. They are irresponsible and will give you the shoes after your wedding and honey moon making them worthless. Making them essentially a scam. Beware. F these people

**UPDATE: Since our original response, FedEx confirmed the package was delivered before 12:00 PM on the wedding day. While we deeply regret that the order was delayed to this point, we did everything possible to give it the best chance of arriving in time, including upgrading the shipping at our own expense and covering additional costs out of pocket.

We sincerely hope you were able to use the shoes, whether for your wedding, honeymoon, or both. If you did receive them, we would truly appreciate you considering an update to your review so it reflects the final outcome.

If the delay meant the shoes were ultimately of no use, our offer still stands—we will gladly honor a full refund once the shoes are returned to us.

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. Wedding season has brought a much higher volume of orders than anticipated, and unfortunately your order was affected by that backlog.

We do want to clarify that your order was never abandoned or forgotten. Once we realized the timeline had become tight, we upgraded shipping at our own expense and took additional steps to get your package delivered as quickly as possible.

While delivery on the wedding day is certainly a unique and uncommon situation that does not reflect the typical experience our customers have, it became the fastest delivery option available to us given the circumstances. Your package is currently in transit and expected to arrive on your wedding day.

We completely understand your disappointment with the delay. However, it is not accurate to state that the shoes were delivered after the wedding or honeymoon, as delivery is currently expected on the wedding day itself.

As a small business, we genuinely care about every customer and every wedding we are trusted to be a part of. I have experienced the same with my…

I have experienced the same with my order as well. I ordered on 2/19/26 and the website said a 4-6 week turnaround I reached out on 4/8/26 to get an update where they advised they were experiencing delays but that my order would l be shipped in 1-2 weeks because of where it was in the que. I still did not receive my order so on 5/2/26 I emailed them again asking for an update and was told that my order was still in processing and was delayed due to high volume of shoes being ordered but ignoring the fact that they told me my order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks and 4 weeks later still had not been. I emailed them again on 5/30 and then again on 6/4/26 with no response which is completely unacceptable! I understand delays especially when it’s a small business and a high volume of shipments that need to be made but being that I places my order in February I should be top priority to be shipped and I definitely deserve to be responded to and not ignored! Do better SoleCraft! And please respond to my emails with my options if you can not fulfill the service I paid you for!

First, we want to sincerely apologize for both the delay and the lack of communication. After reading your review, we completely understand why you're frustrated.

We never intentionally ignore customers. The reality is that we are a very small husband-and-wife team creating every pair by hand while also handling production, emails, shipping, and customer service ourselves. Over the last several months we experienced a much larger volume of orders than anticipated, and unfortunately we have not always done a good job keeping up with communication while trying to get orders completed and shipped.

We will also be responding to your email shortly so we can provide a more detailed update on your order and discuss the available options with you directly.

That is not an excuse, and we understand that being told a timeline and then having to wait longer is incredibly frustrating.

One challenge with handmade custom work is that production timelines can change as orders move through the queue, particularly when we are working around fixed wedding and travel dates that cannot be missed. Even so, we recognize that we gave you expectations that ultimately changed, and we take responsibility for that.

Your order has never been forgotten or set aside. We appreciate the patience you have already shown us, and we understand that after waiting this long, you deserve a clear answer.

If you are willing to give us a little more time, we are committed to prioritizing your order and having it completed by the end of this month. If for any reason we are unable to meet that commitment, we will gladly discuss refund options with you. 8 weeks and no products!!!!!!

I ordered on April 7. It is now June 2- 8 weeks! They promised 4 week turnaround and did not deliver. They just "magically" created a UPS label one day after I sent a follow up email asking for shipping confirmation. They never indicated there would be a delay. I am highly disappointed and I am prepared to file a BBB complaint and dispute the charge.

**UPDATE: Since our original response, we've remained in contact with VC and are happy to share that the order was successfully completed and delivered. Although the production timeline exceeded our original estimate, we were committed to delivering a finished product that met their expectations.

After receiving the shoes, VC reached out to us directly to let us know they had arrived safely and that they were happy with the finished order. We're incredibly grateful they took the time to share that with us.

It's now been some time since the order was completed, and while we completely understand that life gets busy, we would be truly grateful if VC would consider updating their review to reflect the final outcome and overall experience. Having the final outcome reflected here would mean so much to our small business and would help future customers see how the order was ultimately resolved.

I'm having the exact same experience as…

I'm having the exact same experience as the previous reviewer. The initial turnaround time was 4 weeks and it's now going on 8 with no shipping date in site and less than 2 weeks to my event. Very disappointing.

Although the production timeline took longer than originally estimated, we were committed to making sure they didn't miss such an important occasion. To help make that happen, we covered the cost of expedited shipping out of our own pocket to ensure the shoes arrived on time.

We truly regret the delay that occurred during production, but we're grateful we were able to deliver on our commitment and get the order there before it was needed.

It's now been some time since the order was delivered, and while we understand life gets busy, we would be incredibly grateful if R-M would consider updating their review to reflect the final outcome and overall experience. Lengthy delay resulted in cancellation

I ordered a pair of custom wedding shoes in January 2026. At the time, the turn around was expected to be 4 weeks.

At the 4 week mark, I had not heard from the company, received any tracking information, nor received the shoes.

They responded and let me know that they were finalizing the shoes before shipping.

Two weeks later, I still had not received the item nor any tracking information. I was then advised that my shoes had not actually been started at all despite their previous correspondence. I was informed they were still in the production queue and offered no solution or resolution. I ultimately cancelled the order.
