Product fine, customer service and logistics failed
The product is fine, but the overall experience was not.
Delivery issues were not proactively communicated, and customer service was slow and unhelpful. After more than two weeks, no clear solution was offered. In the end, the only outcome was a replacement device — but only after I had to propose the solution myself.
Customer service should resolve issues, not wait for the customer to do their job and waste their time. Based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this company.

Hi José, thank you for the honest feedback.
You are right. The communication during the delay was too slow, the ticket was not handled correctly on our end, and you had to do the chasing that we should have done. That is on us, not on the courier.
We shipped a replacement via DHL Express at our cost once the situation was escalated, but I understand that does not undo the two weeks of silence and frustration you experienced before that point.
We are reviewing how this was handled internally by redesigning this process to prevent it from repeating.

Had a small hickup with a defective board, but Soldered resolved it quickly by replacing it. Always friendly, quick to find a solution, even gave me support to try to get it running before having to wait for another one. Great experience!

High-quality product and helpful customer service. I'm deducting one star because the display wasn't aligned perfectly straight on the circuit board. It doesn't bother me in the final product, but it’s a slight oversight in assembly.

Your new version of sensor adapter for pms7003 is not good. I asked to make old version but you refused to make anymore

Unkomplizierter Bestellprozess, Seite zur Sendungsverfolgung leider nur auf Englisch oder Croatisch, Lieferung ( mit DPD ) deutlich später als zugesagt und nicht an die gewünschte Adresse, sondern an einen Paketshop, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug.
