Just had my extra solar battery fitted. Quick, efficient, tidy. Excellent service and great value.

Since making the decision to install an additional battery to my existing system and contacting the company, the customer service and installation was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solar X press .

Recently had 14 solar panels installed on our home and we are delighted with them.
These are a replacements for our old panels installed some 13 years ago. Highly recommend this company. Fab friendly team doing installation and talked us through every step of the way and cleaned up really well afterwards.

Prompt and very helpful design staff. Price was slightly under my budget and considerably less than a comparison company i asked to quote. Instalation and electrician teams were on time and we were kept updated with the progress and when done helped us with the setup. Only one negative that is an easy fix. On the day of battery installation it was wet outside and our batteries were installed in our loft. It is not practicle to have the team take their shoes off/on every time they came inside. Luckily we have hard flooring and it was a easy cleanup once they left but head office should supply the guys with sticky plastic floor covering for these occasions. If we had a light coloured carpet down it would have been ruined. Otherwise, very happy.

Solar Xpress came back to me very quickly after I had made the initial contact. When I rang to query my proposal, the phone was answered / I received a call back within minutes. Both the sales team ( Damien) and fitting team (Gaz) were very approachable and able to answer the questions I had.
Once I had decided to go ahead, the fitting followed very quickly, with various dates offered to fit in with our family schedule.
The fitters were very professional and completed the job in a very short time.
Since the panels went live I have been amazed. A few days on and I have had to import nothing from the grid...... it has been a real eye opener and the system has done just what I was told it would!

Sales and installation experience was great. No pushy sales just honest information and options provided. Intallers arrived promptly on the day of installation, no trouble and tidy.
Only issue we have experienced is time taken to increase the inverter level.

CAME ON TIME AND STARTED WORK STRAIGHT AWAY AND CONTINUED TILL FINISHED

Staff at solar express are very professional and helpful.
My experience has been excellent so far.
Starting from first contact Tom was very helpful, explained everything in detail and helped through every step.
Installation team was very experienced and helpful. Completed the job within the time. Explained it all before leaving the premises.

The battery was installed in time as promised. Very friendly installer and the customer service is great.

Having decided to install solar panels and batteries, we shopped around and received several quotes. Then I had a call from Solarxpress via a solar installation comparison site. They offered me a system that was exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. It was installed a week later, the guys that did the install turned up in the morning and by mid afternoon the job was complete, they were quick, tidy and efficient. Very happy with my installation.

Really impressed with how responsive everyone was from the first contact and final installation. Everyone was very friendly and professional and explained everything at a level we understood. Also they were very clean. Thank you !!

Having read the previous 5 star reviews I wasn't disappointed. Excellent price and service. Once quote accepted it we were booked in for installation within 2 weeks. The solar panel installation team turned up as planned and immediately got started. Around 30 mins later the electrician arrived. Our solar panel system including battery storage was up and running within 3 hours. A week later everything is working fine and now watching the savings come in as our electricity useage dropped massively.

The sales guy has not been pushy on trying to sell the solution. He responded to all my enquires and the price was in line with my expectations and market research.

The installation has been extremely quick, it took them only half a day to install 14 panels and a 15kwh battery.

Kudos to the electrician who listened at my requirements to complete a super neat installation with no visible cables.

Tech support (Antonio) was very helpful to respond to my enquires.

Great from start to finish, very professional presentation discussing our needs. Great communication up to and after install. Great team come to do the install polite and professional.
Once completed they were there to help navigate the system.
Very competitive price, highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience with Solar Xpress.

I had them booked in to complete my solar installation, and the process was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The first appointment was cancelled at 3pm on the day with no updates or communication throughout—after I had already waited in all day.

They then rescheduled me for what I was clearly told would be a morning slot on another date. I took yet another day off work, only to call at 10am and be told I was actually booked in for the afternoon. This completely contradicted what I had been told previously.

On the eventual installation day (again, supposedly a morning slot), they didn’t arrive until 1:30pm. The lack of communication and organisation is shocking.

The only positive is that the workmen themselves—who are subcontracted and not directly employed by the company—did a very good job, and I’m impressed with their work.

When purchasing the item - I was told about a couple of different options for finance - however when it came to installation day they asked for cash that day - the finance options that were discussed when paying the deposit were no longer available.

In addition - some pipes/plastics were left in the garden that have had to be disposed of myself.

Finally, when purchasing this item I was told that it would be installed within 2 weeks - however it was about a month later when it was eventually installed.

However, due to the repeated scheduling issues and poor communication, I will not be using Solar Xpress again. I’m interested in expanding solar at my home, but I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Paul knows his assignment and how to get one convinced to opt for solarxpress. Installation was quick and smooth, Am enjoying my electricity generated from the sun 🌞.

From start to finish was an excellent experience, very helpful throughout the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Solarxpress organised and communicated their work schedule and whenever they encountered installation difficulties the Solarxpress team found alternative technology solutions and ultimately completed their very neat solution.

Solar express where great i got 12 alko 465 watt panels giving me 5.58kw system size
And duracell i5kw inverter and 2 duracell 5kwh battery's
the next day after the install it a sunny march day and we generated 29.8 kW we use between 10 and 12 kW a day
Solar express installed the system very quickly and install team was very good and clean and tidy
I would highly recommend them
