Solar West were quick to respond to my enquiry but not pushy with their proposal. Once we confirmed we wanted to proceed with the installation it was arranged quickly. The installation (in an adjacent field) was quick and efficient. Overall Solar West were very helpful, took full responsibility and made the whole process extremely easy for us.

All that was agreed to at very start of our solar journey was carried out. Installation was carried out the date they said it would be. Their work men were professional and courteous.We are happy enough with the solar panels and what’s being generated weekly so far. We can see what’s being generated and exported to the grid on the app. Thank you Brian and Anne Barrett and all at Solar West for being so knowledgeable and helpful and for answered our many questions before installation We would advise any household who are thinking of installing solar panels to do so and we would highly recommend Solarwest to do the installation.

My parents recently had solar panels installed by Solar West, and they couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional and friendly throughout the entire process, making sure to explain everything clearly. The installation was smooth, completed on schedule, and the quality of both the panels and the installation is excellent. They’ve already noticed a significant decrease in their energy bills. Professional and respectful. Solar West treated us with great respect when installing the equipment and have been available 24/7 if ever there is a fault. I would recommend Solar West in a heartbeat and if I wish to add extra to the system I would be in touch with them instantly.
