Morgan solar sent me instructions on how to reset my solar edge app..and kept intouch to ensure that I achieved what I felt was a quite a hard task. He stated that he always gave customers help initially rather than charge for his expertise. Luckily I was able to remedy the problem this time but am happy that I can now turn to Morgan for help.

My solar panels were installed by the company Morgan started out with (but which is no more). When my installation stopped reporting, I sought advice from various providers to no avail. When I learned Morgan had established his own service, I contacted him for advice about this & to consider whether battery storage would be an option for me.
I’m pleased to say that I now have a battery installed, the solar panel reporting is reinstated & I’m enjoying considerable savings with my electricity bills.
Morgan managed the whole process, which is so important when the “lay” customer doesn’t have the knowledge to discuss details with contractors - it went seamlessly. I am very happy to recommend Morgan to others.
I have used Solar Plants maintenance on 2 occasions to clean and check my Solar panels. They arrived at the time I expected dealt with the work efficiently and gave me advice on issues I had with the panels. Morgan is pleasant and very approachable
