Got solar from them several years ago. The system has worked great since.

Solar with Zappi and Eddi installed back in 2023…. over time with internet provider changes my system needed reconnected and updated as some devices were off line and not working as intended … A quick Wots app to Michael asking for advice was reassuring… a member of his team, Anna talked me through all the device settings step by step…. Honestly I had tried to hook everything up myself before seeking help but couldn’t do it.… 😕 … Have to say from fitment to after sales the service they provide is 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend then to anyone. You’ll be in safe hands with Solarfixni 👍🏻

We visited the "Love Your Home" show in March 2025. A gentleman called Michael from SolarFix was giving a talk about solar energy in Northern Ireland. We listened with interest as it was something we had discussed doing recently. The information was clearly explained and thankfully without any "sales push". Much to our surprise he explained that it was not always necessary to place the panels on the south-facing roof of a building. Following his talk we spoke with Michael and he suggested contacting the office via email to set up a free visit from SolarFix. A week later a gentleman called SAM came to visit us at home. We had a list of questions which he answered in detail and this gave us reassurance that SolarFix would be an excellent choice for our Solar adventure! We had 12 panels installed on our garage roof( East /West facing) - 6 on each side, plus 2 Duracell Batteries and a Solis Invertor inside the garage. An EDDI was connected beside our electric meter inside the house. All this working was carried out by the SolarFix team in a timely and extremely tidy manner. The Spark - Lorcan Duggan -deserves special praise as his job required a lot of climbing through small cupboards to place the wiring where it is completely obscure. Our installation was finished in 2 days and we were up and running. Sam and the office staff in Solarfix kept in touch both via email and phone calls to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A month after the installation Sam returned to ensure everything was working correctly plus to guide us through the SolisCloud app. We now have our solar panels 6 months and we are so happy with our decision to install them. In the summer months we didn't use any electricity from the grid plus we had hot water every day. It's Autumn now and we use Economy 7 to charge our batteries at night using the off -peak rate.

They came recommended to me and I have to say, straight from the get go, the team was very insightful and helpful coming up to the install, once the install has happened, they did exactly what I wanted even though there WAS easier options and they actually thought like wld I be happy with this in my house.. over all its definitely worth the investment and I wouldn't go to anyone else. They have top their staff and obky use the best kit. No Chinese crap.

SolarFix did a fantastic job.
From our first enquiry, to an in depth visit to house during which Darren explained the process and addressed points which other companies had not explored. He also explained that there is no point in maximising the panels without having adequate battery storage.
This in depth visit and explanations gave us confidence that this was the right firm.
Also had a recommendation from a work colleague.
We got a 6.1KW system consisting of 14 panels, inverter, 5KW battery storage and Eddi water heater.
The install team of Matthew and others (forgot your names) did a fantastic job. They checked first thing were everything was going and suggested a couple of alternatives which made sense. The guys were very approachable and worked great. They arrived about 8:30am and were finished about 2:30pm. Very tidy workers.
The system was live from the finished install.
I received a courtesy call the next day to ensure all was ok.
Darren returned to complete the App and ensure all was working. He explain the full system and answered any queries I had.
Whilst I got this installed in October and the weather has been very overcast and gloomy we still received PV Solar power thus giving us a saving.
I’ve had the system a week and today was the first day with any significant sunshine - the system worked great and I’m looking forward to the rewards!!
The whole process was well explained and the SolarFix team organised building control, NIE export and the install and commissioning of the whole system; and all the staff I’ve dealt with including the office staff have been great.
I do not suspect we will have any issues but I am confident that SolarFix would deal with them promptly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Used previously for solar panels and this time adding an EV charger. Install wasn't straightforward given age of house but they delivered exactly what I wanted. Tidy workmanship and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend and will probably use in the future for battery install!

From start to finish, Solarfix were absolutely fantastic. What really stood out was how simple they made everything. I was a bit overwhelmed at first by the idea of installing solar panels, but the Solarfix team explained every step in clear, straightforward language. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood exactly what I needed and why.

Their organisation and planning were second to none. Every stage was mapped out and communicated in advance, so I always knew what to expect. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, with the team arriving on time and working tidily throughout. They handled all the paperwork and technical details, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Thanks to Solarfix, I’m now saving a lot of money on my energy bills, but more importantly, I felt supported and informed every step of the way and even when I had questions months after install they were quick to respond. If you’re thinking about solar panels and want a company that makes it easy, transparent, and stress-free, I can’t recommend Solarfix highly enough!

Solarfix impressed us from start to finish.
Winners for us were that they answered every question we could possibly throw at them and were friendly, patient and knowledgeable throughout. This includes everyone from the sales team at the start of the process, the install team on the day (complete professionals!) and the after care team have been fantastic. Solarfix's in person handover made sure everything was sorted for me completely without me having to stress about it myself - they did the NIE paperwork, the export process, building control, built the app, sent me out videos and tips about the system and months later they are still happily answering any and all questions we have. I know they might be a bit more expensive than other firms we got quotes from but you get what you pay for and the support from the whole team from start to finish (especially the aftercare) is absolutely worth it. Couldn't recommend Solarfix enough!

Invited 3 companies to quote for an install, first company had a quick look, gave a quote, Darren from solarfix spent time outside just looking at the house before knocking on the door, spotted that we could have additional panels on a side roof to catch the morning light and quoted for 50% more panels and nearly £2k less than the first company. 3rd company didn’t even bother visiting, asked what the first 2 quoted for and were dearer than the first company.
Office staff dealt with all the paperwork promptly, kept me updated through the process and were a pleasure to deal with.
Installers arrived early in the morning, had everything up and running late afternoon, were good crack to talk to and left the place clean and tidy.
Darren came back a week or two later to commission the system, set me up on the app and set it up for battery charging during the winter which meant I had to make one change to activate it later.
Would highly recommend solarfix to anyone.

We went with SolarFix 2 years ago but things haven't gone to plan.
New eddi for heating the hot water as old one failed to heat water.
Then new one failed to heat water.
Had new immersion heating element installed to be sure (old one was fine).
Still no hot water.
The company have been fine and everyone helpful and pleasant but the problem persists and is still not fixed.
Hopefully they'll remedy this soon.
Engineers all seem to have different ideas as to what the issue is which would suggest none of them actually know and a certain amount of 'hit and hope' is at play.
Company is fine, people are helpful but in all reality nothing has been sorted.
