I had occasion to contact Solar Daddy under my maintenance plan because my system had stopped working. First of all, they could not attend for 3 weeks, then this visit was postponed and now, it has been postponed again.
The service is hopeless. I have paid £1500 for a maintenance contract, which has proved worthless when help actually needed.
Also, the salesman that sold me the contract told me that the whole system was covered, even if it was added to during the term of the contract. This too has been disputed by the people I have since contacted.
I can in no way recommend Solar Daddy to maintain your solar panel system, unless you think that an annual hose down of the panels is such good value!

Had my panels cleaned as part of my service plan. Great team of guys turned up. There is more to it than just spraying water!

I recently used Solar Daddy for cleaning my solar panels and was thoroughly impressed. Rob and his team arrived on time, explained the benefits of regular cleaning. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I noticed a significant improvement in my panels' energy output immediately after the cleaning. Highly recommend their services!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. They talked my 80 yr old mother into taking a 13 yr plan for service and maintenance for which she paid 2.5k and then selling her products she did not need each time they called, on one occasion telling her if she didn’t purchase a certain product she risked a fire starting! They have also taken a deposit for another item which she hasn’t had and are not responding to my complaint made 18 weeks ago! I have emailed several times and phoned the company but still no attempt to contact me back. Disgraceful company preying on vulnerable people! Avoid avoid avoid!

After some initial problems, Ash became involved and sorted things out speedily. The crew have just finished the work and were very friendly, efficient and professional.

Ash and all the team we have dealt with so far have been very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and polite. We have our system serviced regularly by Solar Daddy and never had any issues. Would recommend and this company is definitely not scam. We have been with them for a few years now and will be staying with them.

It has been a rocky start with communication with our experience with Solar Daddy but this has improved. The work carried out by John and terry was good and our communication with Adam was great.

The solar panel cleaners turned up on the day as arranged and promptly undertook their task with enthusiasm, cheerfulness and care and communicated clearly with me and I am very happy with the result.

I would say from the start when first contacted by Adam until today when John and Thomas came to clean our panels Solar Daddy have kept us informed and have been very professional.

Very good, had a heat pump issue - quick response and problem resolved. Some negative reviews in this site are untrue as sounds like from ex employees with a grudge. Would definitely recommend solar daddy to anybody.

We are not happy with solar Daddy , we have cancelled as they told me to over the phone via email on the 12th June. Another payment has come out of the bank (in July)this month. We can’t find a way in PayPal to stop this. Avoid this company! We get nothing but nuisance phone calls and even when I told them my husband was seriously ill they still kept ringing his mobile.

Communication could of being better

Adam, John and Terry did a very professional job. The battery seems to work perfectly. The solar panels were sparking clean. We look forward to using the battery in the months ahead.

Once a date had been decided upon, the visit was quick, efficient and done well.
I now have solar panels generating again.
