Friendly and professional service throughout. No pressurised sale approach. All questions got answered and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Not to mention it was competitively priced and provided by the local company.

The roofing crew and the electrical installation team were hard working, professional and excellent. The back office operational team and support were also very professional.

There were a few minor communication issues but otherwise the process went well and they accommodated our requirements to use scaffolding erected by our painter.

It would have been useful to have a diagram with measurements to show the size of the wall needed for the battery & inverter.

From the initial contact through planning, installation and follow up, the team were a pleasure to work with. All communications were clear concise and timely. Work was done at our convenience. The installation team were great, leaving the place clean and tidy when they finished. Follow up has been good to, linking everything to the grid and answering any questions.
