Josh and the team were amazing. Professional, polite and helpful. They worked really hard through the blistering heat and the job they did was amazing. After they had finished and scaffolding was down. We could not even tell that they had been here. Except of course for the new solar panels and battery etc. I want to extend my thanks to the scaffolders, the electricians, the roofers, the surveyor and office staff who did a fantastic job. You have a very happy customer. Thank you Clair

This was a fantastic installation from start to finish. The engineer who did the survey was knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. He found a solution that really worked for us. The installation team were very skilled, polite, tidy and got the job done to schedule. I can't recommend the OVO South Wales team highly enough.

The service we have received from Kieron and his team has been fantastic. Everything from the initial survey to the commissioning of the Heat Pump and solar has been great. There was no pressure to buy and all our questions were answered in a straightforward way. We were't blinded by science! The team setting up the equipment worked together really well and kept us informed at every stage. There were one or two issues with the set up of the heat pump but these were spotted and dealt with accordingly. We can thoroughly recommend OVO South Wales. Particular thanks to Kieron, Josh, Jamie and Steve!

Contacted OVO Solar & Heating for an estimate and was supplied 3 Options (all at very competitive prices)
Work was organised following my choice of system required. Scaffolding supplied on date confirmed and the installation completed within 2 days.
All fitting staff were professional and discussed the installation and answered all my questions and cleaned up the working area and disposed of all packaging for recycling.

Great installation by the company it was a well organised process. The scaffolding guys done a great job despite the challenging set up. The same goes for the roofers. Dallas the electrician was great as well over the 2 days he was very professional and explained everything clearly.

Dallas and Harrison were both very professional, they kept me up to date with how the installation was progressing.

From start to finish Ovo Energy were very professional and helpful. Understanding my options dealing with Keiron was very helpful, Martin coming to do the survey was very positive and the onsite installation with electrician Dallas and Lewis and Scott the roofers was excellent. All round an excellent service. Thank you.

The installation team were excellent, Dallas in particular. He took the time to go through everything and answer our questions.
They also ensured all rubbish was taken away. We would definitely recommend.

I got a decent quote in line with others I had had. The team doing the installation were all fantastic.

14 solar panels 11.5kwh battery and inverter installed professionally. Installation took about 6hrs everything is done and scaffold taken off the next day. So professional and I'm happy with the process.

Overall satisfied with the process. Although didn't give a 5 star rating because of lack of communication over equipment supply issues. Someone needs to own the problem and communicate with the customer. It is better to know of issues than be left in the dark? And have to contact the installer to find out when the installation will be completed.

The installers were friendly, knew what they were doing and involved me in any decisions. Tom was brilliant

Dallas and the team were excellent. Efficient and very tidy work, I was amazed they did it all in a day but they clearly know their stuff. Information during handover was excellent and the system was been working brilliant since. Can’t fault them one bit.

Very happy with the install of our solar PV system. Both teams (Scott and Lewis fitting the panels and Dallas and Harrison doing the electrical) were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, clean & tidy, polite, punctual, and always ready to answer questions. We had 16 PV panels, and FoxESS battery (master + 4 system) and H1 inverter installed, and an Eddi. The wiring is very neat and tidy. Looks very smart and working brilliantly. Martin, back in the office, was also very helpful and knowledgable. 100% would recommend.

Both Dallas (Electrician) and roof fitters where excellent through out the install. Knowledgeable, professional and more than happy to answer any questions. The installation was efficient and went like clockwork. very surprised it was all done in a day and the scaffolding was removed the next day as well.
