I ordered a suede jacket from these crooked Chinese MFs, it arrived after a month and when I opened the package I was in total shock, the item delivered could not ahve been further from the jacket advertised , it was supposed to be a light beige coloured suede , it is pink, it is nothing like the design in hte picture, whay are these criminals allowed ot trade with Western compnies, it has to stop, this is disgusting, Soinyou, you are shameless criminals, what oyu are doing is pure fraud, do not buy from this site, nothing they sell is real, all pictures of clothing and other garbage they sell is stolen from legitamate brands website, the Chinese are the biggest problem mankind faces in the 21st century, F- you Soinyou, you are scum

like all other reviews waited weeks for 3 items ,one turned up ,the item was the wrong colour and was absolute tat nothing like the illustrations, avoid like the plague

I ordered some baseball and college jackets since December 2021 and to date it has turned out to be the worst nightmare....Items arrived late from China...this are not American made or brand, infact, calling them sub standard is an understatement...never buy, total rubbish, not what you see in photos...customer service is nil..no return address...
Written countless emails and all they do is give me the run around...they are all criminal..This company also known as Nicerally should not exist online...all they do is stealing from people....

Don't be fooled by the photos. I purchased some supposedly vintage, vertical striped pants. What i received were some flimsy,, poorly made cheap looking rubbish.

I had received a refund... but only for one items, and the cutomer service NEVER undestand... And it is not a problem of language... NEVER ORDER on SOINYOU or just for Halloween costumes

I should have checked this companies credentials. I received clothing that was inferior in quality and the sizes were off in comparison to US sizes so I cannot use what I received. When I contacted them to request a refund or exchange they said I would have to ship back to China within 30 calendar days. In order for me to do that I would have to pay for expedited shipping which would cost more that the $81.34 I spent. The quality of the clothing is substandard too. So I do not recommend buying anything from this place. One other thing, the charge came from a company in California, the shipping was done from a different company in NY, and they want me to ship it back to China ? not happening.

This company / site is illegitimate at best. What they advertise on their website IS NOT what they sell and ship! The product received was ANYTHING BUT what was depicted.....I would avoid ANY purchases from this company or affiliates of this company. Unfortunately, I DID NOT conduct a customer review inquiry before I made a purchase. My error. I know better.
Furthermore, this 'Company' does not offer a legitimate return option. Their customer resolution is to offer a monetary voucher ( only 1/3 of the monetary value of purchased product ). This voucher is only good for 90 days, to be utilized on a future purchase on their website ONLY.
A Complete scam and disappointment to say the least.

Yep, totally agree. Shoddy knock offs of high end menswear. I bought a embroidered cotton long sleeved t-shirt. What arrived was a printed polyester knock off.

No response to my multiple requested for a refund.

Total scam. The pictures are a lie! The final product is cheap and shoddy. I put it in the category of a child’s Halloween costume. Do not be fooled. These guys truly stink.

This website is a scam! They cancelled my order last month and said that they will process my refund; and that I will hear from them after 2 to 3 days once they receive the "feedback". Seriously!?! Now, where's my refund? Please be very careful. Never trust this website.

If I could leave zero stars, Soinyou will have earned it through deceptive sales tactics, flat-out dishonesty regarding refunds, and by not being held account by U.S. authorities. Never order from this shitshow company whose products are as terrible as their customer service.

Got scammed good & proper by Soinyou, bought a brown leather vest as shown on their website. I emailed Soinyou to confirm that the vest I wanted to order was made by using genuine Leather. They replied back to confirm the vests are made using genuine Leather.
I received my order late & the vest I received is not leather but made from cheap imitation leather (vynal) & looked nothing like the one I ordered from the picture on their website. Would never order from them again.
Beware from ordering from this company.

A pair of trousers did turn up but bore no resemblance to the ones in the photograph , absolutely terrible quality, don't be fooled into spending your money, I thought id take a chance on something not too expensive because if they were selling what they advertise then the products would be a bargain,don't waste your money

I ordered a distressed leather bomber jacket in size 3xl. The jacket was NOT leather, it did not have a distressed look, and according to their own sizing chart, the jacket was 4 inches too narrow compared to the advertised width. When I contacted the company about receiving a refund, they said I would have to pay the shipping return costs, even though I had to pay for shipping to initially receive the item.

Be aware of SOINYOU products, is low quality and not as the online picture shows. Return needs to be done to China and shipment back is expensive. My experience is that dealing with Soinyou is a waste of money and time.

The dresses shown do not correspond to the items delivered. Cheap Chinese goods are being delivered. Fraud.

i purchased a mens casual vest advertised as “fall fabric dark grey.” The photo looked like the vest had a tweed type of texture . What arrived was a light grey dress suit vest made of a 6oz summer weight suiting fabric. It was not as advertised and they expected me to pay the return shipping . To prove this review is legitimate my transaction number is ZOU78130

i even offered to do an even exchange for another item so the company could still at least make some money but they refused to pay the return shipping
