The shirt I bought from Soinyou has got to be the cheapest fabric of any shirt I’ve ever purchased. It deserves les than one star. Don’t be fooled by the photos and models. Very low quality clothing. Absolute rubbish

I wish I read reviews before I made a order. I order two trousers. And what I received was absolute garbage. They sent me two trouser I didn’t order, and they was made of poorest quality.

I can't, in good conscious, blame Soinyou for my stupidity...but I will. Late night, alcohol fueled web browsing found me on a communist Chinese site with great looking clothes at unreal prices. I made a purchase for a corduroy jacket. 2 months later I receive an ugly, paper thin polyester shirt that looks like something from the Bea Arthur collection. Ordered a 3XL (largest size) but I didn't know they meant American Girl sizes. Have since had correspondence with April Cindy & Kimberly at Soinyou (popular Chinese names) but I'm s.o.l.. Truth is, I knew better but there are Americans making a ton of money by letting these crooks advertise on US web sites. Many of whom are probably in congress.

I ordered 5 items, after waiting 3 weeks (with them reaching out to me that my shipment had shipped) it finally came, only 2 items were what I had ordered and they looked nothing at all like they were advertised. The rest of the "stuff" didn't resemble anything I ordered, it looked like someone else's order. When I e-mailed them to find out what they intended to do to fix this mess, I have not heard from them, not word I hope someone sees this before they lose their money and don't get anything they ordered. I have learned a very costly lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM SOINYOU they are scammers. What can be done about these overseas companies that are scamming people with their false advertising?

Scam. They deliver garbage products, totally different from what I ordered.

Absolutely bad. Send wrong item with wrong size. Do not refund and lied it has been more than a month policy. Lie lie lie… so ashamed spending 100s on them

Frauds! Do not buy! I'm not sure how they are getting away with this. Made in China, takes MONTHS to arrive, wrong item sent. No refund or exchange policy. It's all a front. Plan on losing your money if you order from Soinyou. They need to be banned from selling in the U.S.

I have to agree with ALL the comments here . The coat I ordered from a picture came , it was ABSOLUTE RUBBISH . Nothing like the description or quality . Left 2 emails to they're so called customer service got an offer of USD20 part refund heard nothing to my recent email .
What surprises me is they are a company committing FRAUD ONLINE yet surely there must be LAWS IN CHINA to stop FRAUDULENT COMPANIES .
AVOID , AVOID , AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

The trousers, which arrived after 2 months, were not what I ordered. Salt and pepper stripes were just a plain excrement coloured brown. The size was not what I ordered. The whole experience was a disaster. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOINYOU. It’s a con! I had to do a star rating just to post but honestly-1,000,000 would be flattering. Garbage.

I didn't receive any clothes at all, and there is no Zero stars to rate this company. Check the reviews before you order something. Well don't order anything. Spend your money somewhere else

DO NOT BUY from this outfit. Dishonest, unethical business.
I ordered 8 items.
The items I received do not match the pictures of the items on the web catalog.
The quality of the material is very poor.
The fixtures are cheap and flimsy.
The pockets are either very shallow, OR are FAKE pockets, made to look like pockets but do not open.
The order took 30 days to arrive in 2 shipments.
Of the 8 items I ordered, 4 are correct, the remaining 4 are random items they picked off the shelf and sent over.
None of the style, materials, sizes, or color are matching anything close to what I ordered.
No packing slips in the packages.
None of the SKU on the items matches anything in the order. Even the 4 correct items’ SKU do not match up to the order.
I emailed customer service.
They will not correct the order.
They will not send the correct items.
They offer some lame discount or a partial refund, stating that I have to ship back the items they sent me in error, at my own expense.
Their tactic is to make your life as miserable and complicated as possible so you’d give up.
I have been lied to, because they mis-represented their merchandise.
They mis-represented themselves by listing their address as being in London UK, the packages came from China.
I have been cheated and robbed because they took my money and did not deliver.
Very DISHONEST operation.

Scam scam scam. They use other people’s images to entice you, the items they send are NOTHING like the images and you can’t get a refund. Don’t go anywhere near this company. I cannot understand why they are still appearing in Pinterest, Google, etc etc. DO NOT BUY

Its definitely not what they advertise on the website. Get ready to be ripped off by price for the quality of what you get. Also takes a long time to deliver.

Stick with SHEIN for cheap but quality

Like the other reviews this company is a complete scam. Both items I purchased look nothing like the photos. One was supposed to be an embroidered mens vest. What I got was a cheap polyester, black & white houndstooth vest. The other vest had metal snaps instead of the leather buttons listed in the description. What a waste of money and the cost to ship them back is more wasted money. I just threw them both into the trash as I would not even donate them they are so cheaply made. Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering.

What you see on the site is totally different from what you receive, read return policy prior to ordering. You have to pay shipping charges even though it's not your fault, it's not worth shipping it back. The site is a scam.

I wish I had found these reviews before I bought the cloths. Like everyone else, I saw the very polished web site of photos and descriptions and bought a few things. After some delay they arrived, and like every other one star review the clothing do not reflect what was show in the web site. Fancy dress costume quality, fabric were not the same (not even cotton or linen). Really a joke, but under UK Trading Standard would be classified as fraud.

It is obvious they are scrapping other web sites and make poor knock offs. Could not even get the sizes right. Just put the images in Google Image Search and find the real sellers, and buy from them. Some of the images have the real brand names, but delivered cloths lack. I wrote a few emails present my findings, but they just always avoid the difficult questions, just told me to send them back for a refund. I had to pay for PP. Yeh, be more out of pocket, and probably some vouchers rather than an actual refund. No thanks.

Do not buy from the web site, or there sister sites (same photos etc).
If you bought the stuff, do not both returning the products, just go to your Card Company, or PayPal and send the 60 minutes filling in the complaint form, with photos, and the ideally the real web site were the photos came from, and their responses. Really is a no brainer, got my money back within minutes.
If only they sent a little bit more making good qualify copies that reflect the description and the photos they would probably have a great business model.

Soinyou - I purchased 4 items. 3 were poor quality. All promoted was cotton but 3 were not. One was promoted as "Embroidered" but was a printed on pattern. One was shown as blue and white stripes but I received a black shirt.

I would give a zero if I could. Merchandise is of very poor quality, nothing like the pictures on their website. This is a fly-by-night operation with no customer service, no way of addressing concerns, or even sending merchandise back for credit or refund. Every time I tried to reach out for service, I was referred to different numbers, addresses, etc. I just tried to call and got some wireless voicemail account. Not a professional organization. A complete waste of time and money. I hope others read this and avoid ordering from these shysters. That’s the only gratification I will ever get from dealing with Soinyou.
