I bought a Windows 10 home edition code and at first it didn't work, then after contacting customer support they gave me a new one free of charge, and it worked. They also responded within the same day.

I recommend this company - I had trouble with downloading the application and it was the Sunday after Christmas and their support service could not have been more responsive. It was not their fault but remained attentive until the product was successfully downloaded

Windows 10 was not as expected and when I reverted back to Windows 7 my MS Office was gone and I had exceeded my allowable downloads. I needed it solved immediately (and was super frustrated). Software Shuttle had the best price for Office online and although I had never purchased from them before, I gave it a try. Problem solved quickly and with no frustration. Happy to be back to normal. I would highly recommend Software Shuttle!

Softwareshuttle advertised its Microsoft Office products as "downloadable". The item I purchased was not downloadable, but installed from the vendor's servers (the installation source is an assumption on my part). I do not have my own copy of the product, which is what I was led to believe I have purchased. It seems that two cliches apply here: (i) one gets what one pays for; (ii) if it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. The price was very competitive and the description very compelling. But it was also extremely misleading.
Softwareshuttle is no longer on my vendor list.

I had some trouble downloading the software I purchased from them and I'll have to say they were very responsive to my questions. Responded within minutes of sending my email. Definitely a great new company.

I bought Windows 10 PRO on Sunday and i received 2 emails within 3 minutes then it worked right away.

Received exactly what I ordered. I was able to download the program straight from the manufacturer's website using the link provided and the license activated right away. Very happy customer!

Purchased windows 10 home, key didn't activate at first, the error said it was already installed on another computer. I then called Microsoft customer service and was able to get it to activate. Still not sure if this key is legitimate.

I bought 2 Win 10 activation keys for about half the retail price. Microsoft screwed up one of them and Brian responded in minutes with a fix. They don't have a huge selection, but I will always check their price before I purchase software somewhere else.
