Every time I've tried to install a particular MS product I bought from this company, the activation key doesn't work unless and until someone from support logs in to my PC remotely and performs several mysterious steps to fix the problem. They never leave me instructions on how to do this myself. In the past, I could reach support by phone or chat. Now, no one answers the phone, and chat is only an AI bot.

Scam! The product keys don't work. They do not reply to your request for help. I've been trying for over 3 months. Stay away from these guys. Do yourself a favor. Awful company.

Initial order for an Office Professional 2019 key worked fine. I later needed to reinstall Windows on my laptop due to a crash. However the activation key for Office would not work again. I contacted support multiple times via chat and email and got no response or help. "Herbert" would connect to the chat window for support, but never respond thereafter.

BUYER BEWARE! I now will go elsewhere for software!

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2019. The software would not activate automatically nor by using the telephone service recommended as an alternate. Microsoft indicated I was not provided a valid installation ID.

I initiated a chat session and spoke to "Herbert". He refused to provide any steps to rectify the problem with their software. He gave me two choices: authorize a remote session on my desktop via a third-party software or a refund.

That's a ridiculous choice. Giving anyone access to your system has obvious privacy and security implications. Anything they would accomplish in that session could have been relayed to me as I'm pretty computer literate.

I would recommend seeking other sources.

I bought a Windows 10 Pro key from them. "Herbert" sent me a Windows 10 Enterprise key. I asked for the Pro key, but it never worked. They told me to contact live support. During live support Herbert was very rude. and refused all evidence that the key was not working so I called their 800 number. "Herbert" answered and was very rude. He said that Enterprise and Pro were the same thing - they are not the same. He then said I would not get a refund, stop calling, and then hung up. He later claimed I bought an Enterprise key, but they don't even sell Enterprise keys on their website! Beware!
