I attempted to reach out to higher management for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Additionally, I found the platform to be quite slow, which further hindered my ability to resolve my issues efficiently. Despite my efforts to seek help, the support I received was inadequate, and the entire process extended over a two-week period without any meaningful resolution.

The lack of preparedness from your team has been shocking, and communication has been practically non-existent. We’ve faced severe delays in bug fixes and have not received any technical support. Moreover, our attempts to escalate these critical issues to higher management have been ignored. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I would advise other casinos to carefully reconsider before moving forward with your services.

I had a terrible experience here. We have brands on several platforms, SoftSwiss being the latest one we choose to launch a casino. After half a million investment in 2 months something happen and the conversions dropped from 20% CTD to just 4% CTD also the existing customers stopped depositing... No one helped us from their side, they were only saying that everything works and that all is good and that the issue is in the traffic we send. After several months like that we've managed to set a hotjar to finally see that the deposit button was not working when bonus is selected... terrible experience, terrible support, after fixing the issue the same thing happen within few more months and our business was completelly killed. Waste of money, time and effort! Highly not recommended!
