customer is really bad , they won’t help you with anything. i try to exchange the color of my order , they give me so much trouble where it was 250$ just to return an 400$ headboard. .. and after that they promote a discount when you buy a set , witch doesn’t work either. overall a really bad customer service. And to be fair, the product is beautiful, it would just have been a better experience if the customer service was better for customers.

I had been seeing this bed frame on my social media and loved the minimal aesthetic of it. The set up was so easy I just wish it came with the box spring.

Bought a Classic for my son's room and an Ultra for our guest bedroom. My son loves the softness around the edge of the bed and the lower profile. Both look great.

I have to say the SoftFrame bed frame completely transformed my bedroom! I had some questions about which box spring to choose from, and their customer service was super responsive and helpful! They guided me with options and I ended up choosing the 9” box spring. It took literally less than 5 minutes to set up. I love not having to worry about no more stubbed toes or hard edges, definitely recommend!

This soft bed frame has been a fantastic addition to my bedroom. I was drawn to its resemblance to the popular 'cloud bed' style, and it definitely delivers a more luxurious and softer aesthetic to the space.
One practical benefit I've really appreciated is the fully cushioned frame. It's so nice knowing I don't have to worry about accidentally bumping my toes anymore.
Setting it up was also simple & fast. If you're looking for a bed frame that combines visual appeal with everyday practicality, this one is worth considering.

I ordered the Ultra Set. It was beautiful at first but it started to fall apart within months. Soft Frame dismissed my concerns eventhough they claim to stand by the quality of their products. I even provided pictures of the structural issues. If you expect your bed frame to last for more than a few months, I would not reccomend this product.

Buyer beware. The product is different from their photos on their website. We tried to return the product brand new within the first week and were ultimately denied. They wanted us to pay roughly $200-$300 to return the product to account for shipping and restocking. Customer service is poor and does not care to help.

Purchased a bed frame and came damaged they accept to take it back for a restocking fee. They expect consumer to pay fee on damaged goods. You were notified within 10 days. Did not wish to open until moved to new home. Not 30 days as stated. It was purchased on 5/14 online and reported 6/6. This does not include delivery. Why tell stories. i have supporting documents. You were notified within 10 days. Online it said 15% but you also took 20% cheating customers. Do your math.

Terrible experience. DO NOT PURCHASE from Softframe Designs. The Classic frame that I purchased arrived weeks later than the promised time frame. When it finally arrived, I was excited to unbox it only to find out that the queen size Softframe I purchased was way too small to fit over my queen size frame (one that looks exactly like what they featured in their setup video on their website). After lots of struggling, I managed to force the Softframe onto my bed frame, which caused the corners of the fabric to rip. I called Softframe about the issue and they refused to offer me any sort of refund or credit, instead blaming me for using the wrong foundation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! The no-return, no-refund policy was a red flag that I ignored. Please do not make the same mistake!

Also, the reviews are their website are either manipulated or fake. I tried to leave a 1-star review for this horrible experience and it never showed up on the website. It seems they only allow 5 star reviews to be displayed, which is extremely dishonest. An unethical business like Softframe Designs that does not care about its customers should be shut down.
