Sadd was very honest and helpful in regards to what would work for myself and in my home. He gave a lot of time to us when visiting today. He was super friendly too and we actually went back asking for him specifically to deal with the purchase, he gave us a a few options as to what would suit us which was nice.

Went into Thurrock Sofology, just for a look around,assistant welcomed us and left us to browser. Spotted something we liked ,called Terese over,she was so helpful.
We ended up buying a sofa thanks to Teresa.

Excellent service from Alom and Saad
Alom and Saad delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to listen and ensure everything was handled perfectly. Their positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such well-mannered and dedicated individuals, credit to them both for providing truly excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great customer service
Purchased 2 sofas today having had great advice from Steve at the Lakeside branch. He spent a lot of time with us helping us make the right choice . Very friendly and very knowledgable about all their products

A really relaxing and unpressurised experience due to the welcoming and friendly nature of the sofology salesman Saad. He was friendly and informative and explained everything clearly. 10/10 from me. You got a great guy there .

When we did decide to purchase a sofa everything regarding the purchase and it’s delivery was explained to us .
