I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Thurrock and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Teresa. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Teresa was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we found exactly what i was looking for.
Teresa made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, answering all my questions and giving me excellent advice without any pressure. Her customer service was outstanding and really made a difference.
Thank you Teresa, for such a wonderful experience. You are a credit to Sofology! I would definitely recommend Sofology Thurrock to anyone looking for great furniture and exceptional customer service. Date of experience 31st/07/2026

Pleasant & Positive Experience
We had a very pleasant and positive experience in Sofology, thanks to Saad, the sales assistant who introduced himself and provided us with the help we required. Saad was great, not pushy at all and was able to answer all our questions. So much so that when we returned the following week to place an order, we specifically looked to speak to him again. Thank you Saad.

Quick and Easy Sofa order
From all the choices available to us and several stores, making a decision was not easy!
Rob from Sofology asked some questions, offered all the key information on our choices and we had a clear winner we were happy with.

Quality of service and personal attention from John
John was a great help; advice was expert and pertinent to our needs. He also assisted us with our IT access. In short ‘nothing was missed out’. We can’t wait to use our new lounge suite.

I visited 2 different stores and received exceptional service on both occasions. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall lovely feel in the stores and I am very much looking forward to my new sofa
