The company is shambolic. The solid steel bar on our swivel.chair snapped. Took them 2 weeks to work out if it came under structure or upholstery. Instead of calling they were going to send a letter telling us they didn't know. Finally get someone to come out.....after an other 2 weeks, because apparently having a guy come around a say it's snapped is better than the pictures we sent.
It's now been 3 months since the part was ordered, we have called and all.we get told is, "its the delivery depot that will contact you, not us" we ask how long...they haven't got a clue. Then, when the part gets here, we have to book a technician and wait probably another 2 weeks for him to come back out and screw in 4 screws or it's not covered by warranty.
This chair is less than 2 years old and we paid an extra few hundred quid for the cover. Not worth it. 4 months for a replacement part and STILL waiting.

Ordered two leather care kits on
July 20th. Was told they would be here in 5-7 days. Rang week later and was told could take 14 days.
Returned from week away on 9th August still no sign. Rang them again and was told an emergency despatch would be arranged. Now 19th and still no sign.
When emailed on 18th they said that it had been chased up. Asked them had they actually been despatched but no reply.
Never had a problem with sofology before this but it is now beyond a joke.
I wouldn't mind but the warehouse is only about 8 miles from where I live. I could pick them up quicker.
If not received this week will visit the local store and request a refund.
I’ve only had my sofa for 3 years and the zip has completely broken on the seat cushion. Obviously it’s not covered under warranty but not great considering the length of time I’ve had my sofa. I don’t have a family so it’s not like it’s been heavily used!

Sofa took 6 months to deliver as the company were incapable of updating my address correctly - when it was due for delivery, the delivery company advised they were unable to drive the truck along the road to my house despite having discussed this on multiple occasions with customer service and told that ‘it wouldn’t be a problem’ - sofa damaged when arrived, still awaiting my delivery refund two weeks after sofa has been delivered , sofa care package that I’ve paid for is missing - the whole experience is awful and I will never buy nor recommend your company to anyone again. Multiple emails received saying sofa was on its way, then delivery had been cancelled then it wasn’t….. completely confusing for me as the customer. When you’re paying a fortune for one of their sofa’s you expect the experience to be flawless. Disappointed doesn’t cover it
I would give zero if I could.
I love my sofas but thee customer service is appalling. Failed to deliver - then took ages to get it re booked. I had to take days off work and they didn’t even apologise.
They didn’t fit my gliders - so spent 2 hours trying to sort that.
Booked in and no one came!!!

After booking my delivery in and going through all the questions about the roads and if a bin lorry can make it down the back road to my address and telling them that the bin lorry makes it twice a month they booked my delivery only to be told on the day that it won’t be coming because they can not deliver it to my address.
No one on the phone would put me through to a manager they just kept passing the blame to my self and the drivers.
Having taken a day off work to be in for this delivery they then told me I will have to wait to see what they can do at a later stage without giving me a date of when it can be delivered.
So they are quick to take the £3200 but have no respect and take zero blame for there failings when it came to the delivery.
I knew I should have went to DFS

Spent £4500 on settee in January. They decide when they’re delivered even if you are not in the country! Delivery team or Customer services cannot change what the computer says?!!!
Now I will be without sofas for a week as my old ones arranged to be collected tomorrow. Sofology do not care, even though I was crying! (With anger at their stupid system! ) I am losing 2 days pay because I have arranged delivery and they have not turned up! Shocking system, shocking company, shocking customer service!
I am only giving this 1 star as I had to write the review otherwise minimum 0 stars.
Bought a 3 seater and 4 seater from Sofology due to be delivered from the warehouse which I now know is about 20 minutes from my address.
Delivery arrived on the day and guess what only one sofa. Then that one sofa wax damaged and we rejected it due to the damage. So now having got rid of our old sofas we have nothing to sit on. Customer service were worse than useless just saying it is what it is. That’s when we eventually got hold of them after hanging on the line for 30 minutes.
So where is our comeback spending thousands on sofas just to be fobbed off like that.
At this time still hanging in the phone to customer services again to sort this mess out.
Totally and utterly useless company and they have the cheek to charge for delivery and for such expensive sofas.
Never again and if your thinking of buying from them don’t as you pay your money and take your chances.
Total scammers !!!
I had an engineer out as my sofa is squeaky a bubbly 2 weeks after having it, engineer said he will report back a someone will be in contact - this was 8 weeks ago. Since the engineer visit I have emailed several times an no reply, I have also called an raised a complaint an they said someone will contact me in 48-72 hours - guess what, they didn’t
Next steps is citizens advice/trading standards to make my complaint official. Absolutely shocking service once they have had your money - avoid at all costs

Bought a sofa middle of last year costing 5.5k, waited 16 weeks for it arrive. After having it for 6 weeks the electrics broke on one of the recliners. They came and fixed it within 3 weeks. 2 months later the same problem on the other sofa has happened and they are telling me 12 weeks to get the part in stock. Do not buy from Sofology. Charge you top dollar but quality is poor.

I would rate zero if I had the chance. £4500 I spent just over 2 years ago, took out extended warranty. Corner sofa, chair and footstool. Leather/cushions have sank that much that the recliners (£600 extra) no longer work when you are sat on the sofa. Technician says it is design/defect fault therefore not covered. Appalling DO NOT BUY

My first and only ONE star review and it’s not even worth one star.
Appalling customer support actually very bad. Chipboard and Softwood construction of sofa means they build them cheap and sell from fancy showrooms. Two years later sofa has collapsed underneath from rubbish foam use.
Check out other reviews before parting with your money.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
Sofa costing £3000 developed fault after 8 months .
The seat was sagging and had lost all support
Sent a technician out who said it was ‘usage’ I am a size 12 female, not a heavy person.
Wasn’t satisfied so sent several emails. Each email came back with a standard response asking the same thing every time. There is no trail of the complaint
Will never purchase or recommend this company

Terrible quality, as soon as the warranty runs out they start falling apart. Really poor structural quality. Poor quality cushions that after removing the cover a few times starts falling apart as well. Never again.

Very bad customer service.We bought a sofa for a £.4000 the quality is not worth the money.I complained multiple times but they didn’t do nothing.Before you buy it they make so many promises and the insurance will cover everything but looks like when you actually not happy with the product they can’t do nothing.I will never buy from them again.

Wow. Order our sofa and was told 6 weeks until deliver. That’s fine cause we expected a bit of a wait. Forward to 6 weeks and we are told it has been delayed another 3 weeks. We waited 3 more weeks WITHOUT A SOFA! And then got the email to book our delivery. We booked it for the 8th December and then received another email a day later to say it will be delivered on the 12th!! Called them and finally spoke to someone who managed to move it to the 9th!! However conveniently we have just had a call from the driver to say our sofa doesn’t seem to be on the back of the van and he doesn’t know when we will get it now!! Utter mess and very frustrating!!!
