Farrack was very patient whilst I was deciding on which sofa to choose. Eventually we chose the right one for us and we are excited to receive it. The range of sofas are just amazing so it’s very hard to choose just one!

Going through the sale and finance was straight forward even with young children to keep entertained.

It’s was myself, sister and elderly mum (the sofa was for my mum) - we were helped by a lovely lady by the name of Paris. She was so patient and helpful with my mum. My mum is still taking about how lovely she is over a week later. I couldn’t be more grateful for her help.

Gemma was very helpful , ee found the right recliner for me and she provided an eccellant service

Friendly very helpful staff and no pressure sales

Friendly none pushing sales lady Gemma pointed out all the things we hadn’t thought of even if it meant it was against whst we wanted! But she was right . My only grievance was delivery takes so long ! Estimated up to 12 weeks! But we’re hoping her ‘possibly earlier’ comment will turn out to be a cautious fact.

Paris was extremely helpful, didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase. We were left to look around at our leisure and offered advice when we asked questions.

I met Paris who talked me through various options of the sofas I was looking at. I had lots of questions about sizes and dimensions regarding getting a new sofa into my living room. She was very helpful, friendly and extremely patient. She explained what would work and she advised on lead times and colour swatches. We also discussed fabric v leather and the care packages and insurance policy. She was very knowledgeable about company policies. I enjoyed talking to her with my daughter today and I was glad she was able to complete the sale for us.

Very obliging and so helpful from from Paris the assistant that looked after me
