Ali and his team were excellent, they were attentive, answered all our questions and helped us sort the financial hiccup. They even entertained our children whilst we shopped.

Excellent customer service from Steve and the team at the Reading store. Very knowledgeable in all the ranges in store, especially as I kept changing my mind as to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Sofology Reading
Visted the reading branch today. No one approached us, until we needed help. That was lovely and gave us the time to look around and chat to each other which ones we liked. Humza was very approachable and did not give us the hard sell. He explained everything clearly. Came away with exactly what we wanted.
