The sales team were very knowledgable, helpful and not at all pushy. We dealt with Bernard who was respectful and really understood our needs and went out of his way to help us make the right choice. Would highly recommend.

Returning customer due to the quality of sofas. The build, the fabrics, durability only changing sofa as want a different colour scheme, otherwise nothing wrong with the sofa 6 years on. Claudia at the Poole showroom was amazing, very helpful. Can't wait for the new sofa to be delivered now!

Time and patience spent by assistant while we were making up our minds.

We were served by a friendly helpful member of staff. We could even take the dog in. All in all a very good experience.

Klaudia was superb. We had an idea of what we wanted when we came in, but she helped us to choose the perfect combination for us. She had infinite patience to answer our questions, show us different models, colours and fabrics and help us imagine what they would look like in our space. She did all of this with kindness and great expertise. We’re very happy with what we’ve ordered.

We were met with staff in the store at Poole who were polite and knowledgeable. As we were not sure what we wanted to do they set up an online order with the sofa details and sent it to us. This saved us time looking online for the details.

Welcomed to the store. Manager listened to what we were looking for. Gave good advice, and spent time with us looking at various options and then coming up with the sofa which we considered was best for us. We felt very comfortable with the choice we made.

Everyone in store was very friendly and made lots of time for us, answering our questions, giving advice, and explaining everything thoroughly. Lovely sofas in store too!

We were greeted by Klaudia politely and warmly and she was keen to help us. The item we sought, ( a glass coffee table), was not on the shop floor but Klaudia suggested she look in "clearance" where a suitable item was found. We needed to check measurements at home, as the table was a bit bigger than we had planned, and confirmation would come later. I went to collect the table later and left the store a happy customer. In our opinion, Klaudia is an asset to that store.

Martin was non-pushy, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options, coupled with an amazing deal made it a good purchase experience. (Oh and he.likes Beagles too!)
