Exceptional staff
Spotless and well lit showroom, immediately and politely welcomed on entering. Excellent range of sofas in good room sets. We initially called in on 30/10/25 and returned the next day to place the order. Callum assisted and advised us who was very helpful and knowledgeable and remembered us from our previous visit. Refreshingly interested in our requirements

Excellent customer service
Wonderful experience! Amazing customer service from Chris, he answer literally every question from measuring to fit the unit in our cottage, flipping the sofa up to check on assembly requirements to showing us how to plump and flip our cushions to keep the sofa fresh and new over the years to come. Chris even sorted us out a great deal on delivery of both our sofas and a stain removal kit.
