We are pleased with the service we got at the store and a great deal we recieved on a sofa. One of the worker was very nice to us and made things easy.

We found our experience very relaxing, with Malik,the gentleman who helped us with the descion,and purchasing of our corner sofa.
Malic was able to answer all our questions, and was very patient as I couldn't decide which sofa,but my husband had already done his research, and I wanted to make sure it was going to fit well ,in our new conservatory, Malik was very reassuring ,and explained the next process of delivery,which is exciting.

Very friendly and informative salesman assistant . More than happy to help us make sure we had the right size corner unit by adding a seat .Everything was explained fully about insurances etc .

Good furniture selection and friendly staff. Always helpful and never pushy

A great experience - not rushed in any way which is very different from experience with competitors.
Really took the time to understand needs and balance pros and cons throughout the process.

Excellent service in Store at Milton Keynes by Matthew. He was very good helping us find the right sofa for my mum who needed a high seat due to disability and didn’t want an old fashion suite. Would definitely recommend

The sales team took us through all options trying hard to meet our challenging requirements through several visits. Great service by great people.

Communication!

Although the in-store experience was good, the delivery part left us very disappointed. We wanted to take the sofa away ourselves in a van. James at the Milton Keynes store insisted that is not an option and we had to pay for their delivery. He was very confident that our sofa was getting picked up soon and within 2 weeks - before Xmas, so I went ahead with the purchase. I chased them at the end of 2 weeks as there was no update. Been told it is getting picked-up in 2 days & I will get a call for scheduling delivery in 4 days. No update after 5 days, I called them to be told it never got picked up and no idea when it will be. I cant call the store as they are closed for Xmas. Complaint raised won't get a response until after new years. Very poor after sales experience & support.

Fantastic experience with Linda Portsmouth. She explained everything in detail and talk through the different design and lines of the sofa's we were looking for. We ordered our sofa for our first home. Thank you Linda

Went to order a specific sofa I saw online (wanted to try it in person before ordering). I was assisted by both Hema & Linda on the two times I have visited. They were both extremely helpful and made the order process smooth and straight forward. I highly recommend this store and staff. I have bought sofas from Sofology in the past and have found them comfortable and long lasting.

Super no pressure sales, that allowed me to buy the sofa I wanted in the design I needed. Better still no one was tracking me round the store.
Super knowledgeable staff who are there to help.

I write a lot of reviews, but most of them are usually when something has gone wrong, so this experience genuinely deserved a positive one.
On my first visit to Sofology and it was quite few, Hema made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away and took the time to show me a wide range of sofas. The Oskar sofa immediately stood out to me, and I really loved the design and feel of it.
I came back several times, and each time Hema was patient and attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me rather than just making a sale. When I visited with my husband I completely changed my mind,and it was great that she never rushed me or pressured me. Instead, she took the time to listen, talk everything through, and offer thoughtful, practical ideas.
I had concerns about sizing and layout, and Hema clearly knew the products well and helped me find a solution that actually worked for my space. I am very indecisive and struggle to make decisions, but she remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
In the end, I purchased the Plaza sofa and I’m extremely happy with my choice. Hema’s knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the customer made this a standout experience. She is a real asset to Sofology and someone, any manager should be proud to have on their team. I have to add that Hema made me a coffee, and although it was just from the machine, it tasted surprisingly good and we laugh that it was made with genuine warmth and care from her.

The whole team at the Milton Keynes store is also fantastic — friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
