Had a fantastic experience today at Sofology Milton Keynes. Linda was a delight, she was polite, professional and not at all pushy. She allowed us time to browse without feeling like we were be followed everywhere.

She answered all our questions, and provided all the information we required whilst making our sofa decision.

During the purchase phase she was open and honest and we never felt pressured to purchase anything.

A 5 star experience today, Linda you were amazing.

A great range of sofa's. Plenty of staff on hand with useful information but not 'in your face'.

The staff at the MK store were excellent – knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful in advising us and making sure we chose the right combination to suit our space. +Ordering our new sofa today was so easy over the phoneand if I’m honest the reason we did it this way was because in store the staff weren’t great and didn’t seem interested.
But it’s worked better for us as the lady we had over phone was brilliant! We knew exactly the sofa we wanted and the sizes but she did go back over everything, very informative and transparent which was great! Lovely lady 😊

-Didn’t like the fact that after paying nearly £3000 for sofa I had to pay £129 for delivery 🤦‍♀️I think that’s totally wrong and you don’t have choice but to pay it.

Whilst waiting to be served by Hema,our choice from a previous enquiry. We were greeted by Pedro who offered to answer any questions & demontrated the configuration we wanted & made coffee.
We proceeded with the purchase of the Elevate range with Hema who was informative & friendly throughout the sale.
