Good service. No pressure to buy

Second great experience from staff at Sofology Attentive but not in your face, knowledgeable and friendly. Our first great experience in the north-west of England was perfectly replicated in the East of England. Always a good choice in their showrooms. Sophie in the Ipswich office was a star and reassured us that staying past closing time on the Sunday was not a problem for her, thus ensuring we didn’t feel rushed into any decisions.

The choice of sofa's was very good. Also good quality and we could have any combination we required in so many colours too.
The salesman Matt, was very helpful and not pushy and helped us with any questions we had.

Went in to Sofology in Ipswich today and brought a new sofa and we was served by Paul who was vary help full and talked us through it. So I would recommend and go and see Paul.

Service in store - was fantastic and they catered to our every need, even when our two year old was being a nightmare !!! Can’t recommend them enough !

It took us a while to find something we liked, and boy did we go everywhere! Thing is Sofology had several sofas that we liked so we'd found our vendor. Agna was very patient with us over a course of several months, measuring, thinning down the options until we'd decided which sofa fit all our needs. Then Agna waited a little longer as we pained over colour (I say we, but I'd have purchased this one months ago, sorry Agna - so glad it was you that sealed the deal) can't wait to enjoy our new sofa!

The sales assistant was lovely, explained everything and was very knowledgeable, not pushy, excellent service 5*****

Paul, the salesman, was so helpful. No hard sell just friendly professional advice.

Went to view the sofa’s at our local store. Saw several we liked , just had to decide on finish colour and material. Weather to go electric recliner or manual, with friendly and knowledgeable help from Matt we came to a decision and ordered our new sofa.

At no time were we being pressured into buying something we didn't want and we were given plenty of time and space to make up our minds.

We had a fantastic experience in store! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the shop. They did not rush us, and we sat down on the sofas to test them out whilst chatting. It's important to try furniture out rather than just purchasing online. The best part is that they not only allow dogs, but they truly welcome them. This made it the ultimate in-store experience!

The sales staff of Gabi & Nikola were very helpful they explain everything that we needed to know, the combination that were available and the different colour's of fabric, also they explained the different ways of paying which was very helpful, all in all very good.
