Went in to browse, was met by Holly, who had previously met my wife who was there with a friend. She was really good, answered our questions and offered advice and suggestions. She was really friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The other members of staff we met were also very nice. No hesitation in recommending this store if you are looking for a new sofa.

The Assistant was lovely, very good @ her job, also lovely personality. Very disappointed having to wait till end off October for the suite. Hoping yous can get it to me sooner. X

Just bought a suite from this store. Christine was the lady who assisted us and she was great. Very helpful, patient (it took us 2 trips!) and we didn’t feel pressurised into buying anything we didn’t want. Great service, thank you.

We were welcomed to the store and, by request, were left to browse by ourselves. Once we had made our choice, along with the many questions we had, your deputy manager, Julie Leach, was extremely helpful and professional in her dealings with us. She very helpfully emailed us the details of the items we were interested in, allowing us to go home to make final measurements, after which we returned to the store within the hour to place our order. We await our sofas/chair with anticipation. Thank you.

Genuine sales person - not to pushy and showed real interest in helping us find the best sofa for our family

Marrisa was knowledgeable and didn't push us in to a decision. informed us the new range was coming and as we weren't sure when to come back and look again.
When we did come back a couple of weeks later she did remember us and what we had been looking for, again wasn't forceful or pushy and allowed us time and space to make a decision.

unfortunately that is where the good service ended. we have been messed around with the date of arrival and clearly the 6 week turnaround time is a sales gimmick, it appears that there was no intention to deliver the sofa in 6 weeks. having spoken to the the chat function, staff in store , head office and been given different delivery dates by each of them not to mention my account having another date.
i booked my delivery however it was a week later than discussed on phone when the confirmation came through.

Marissa was lovely when putting through my order. The ex-display console table is gorgeous!

The customer advisors that we interacted with were both courteous, helpful and well informed. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and we found just what we were looking for.

Our experience (so far) has only been with retail front of house (Christine and Julie)and was first class. Everything involved was explained clearly and all questions answered satisfactorily. All round pleasant experience without any pressure at all.

A lovely experience, no hard sales or pushy sales staff, just lovely friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them and being able to just sit on the sofas without feeling rushed or hassled. Julie, Holly and Ann were fabulous and an asset to the company.

Christine was extremely helpful and patient whilst I decided on my sofa, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We were greeted by the lovely Christine, who made us a cup of tea as soon as we entered, no preasure to buy ( which i prefer ) . She caught up with us once we had a look about. All in all it was great service from start to finish . Came away happy with our purchase and service.

Lovely sales lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was so nice to my husband and myself. She went out of her way to help us get a chair that was best for my disabled husband. Didn’t rush us into a descision and made sure we were happy before purchasing the chair

Christen was extremely helpful and friendly and not being pushy just to get a sale

Staff were friendly, polite and respectful by giving us space and time too look around not hassle us every five minutes.
