We had a great experience at sofology
We had a great experience at sofology, Nat really looked after us every step of the way she explained everything in thorough detail and made sure we were happy at each stage. Nat gave us drinks and was friendly with our two children. We would definitely use sofology again

Pleasant experience, again!
Once again great experience buying from Sofology… very little hassle, given time to find the right sofa and Chris was a great help during order process, wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a sofa!

Excellent knowledgeable staff
Excellent knowledgeable staff, very helpful without being overly pushy. Excellent customer service as I needed to change some of my order details the following day, the staff member was very helpful with this and it wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend.

Nat made our experience great this staff member was knowledgeable and friendly and made us laugh.
She explained everything in great detail answered all our questions we had a lot ! She also guided us through payment ensuring everything we asked for was included in the final order which I did over the phones very good experience thank you Nat.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, it was an enjoyable experience buying a sofa Charlotte Harrington was my sales assistant in hull and I would highly recommended any of my friends or family to use her, over all a very friendly store with no pressure to buy
