Very relaxed no hard sell but very professional Gary and Natalie made us welcome making us drinks and not rushing our decision,we are very happy with the deal they worked out for us thanks again and thanks for looking after our son when he came for sofas for his new house I can strongly recommend others to use sofology

Went back to look at sofas after viewing earlier in the week. Natalia in Hull helped us fine tune our choice of colours by showing us a wide range within the shop as well as offering thoughts on colour combinations. There was no pressure, just an easy, enjoyable experience which resulted in a very happy purchase. Thank you.

The staff and particularly Gary

I went today to buy a sofa for my 82 year old mum , the sofa cost £2,000 which after nearly an hour the salesman Gary was chatting and adding more and more cost on , we eventually left with a card payment receipt and nothing else. My mum had just paid out £2,000 and we knew nothing more.
After an hour or so my boss at my worked called me to say Gary at sofology needed to talk to me.
He had lost all the information, what sofa ,what colour and had wrong address and no contact number . Very un professional

Let customers walk round and view the products. They know what they are looking for. Then they can ask the staff the questions they want answered . Give us a little time to look around. We have bought our last 3 suite from you. Because of the quality and you always seem to have what we are looking for.

The general feel of the showroom from walking in. Exceptional choice. No intimidating sales people which was appreciated. We made three visits before deciding on what eventually ordered. The first was a quick view. The second, we met Natalia, your sales person, and she was very relaxed with us and so helpful. We got her name and said we'd be back as we had our hearts set on a particular sofa. Third visit, Natalia was there and and as we made a bee-line for the sofa we were going to order, a lovely beaming smile on her face as she remembered us. That made our day. She's a credit to Sofology. Relaxed, friendly and smooth transaction placing the order. It was a pleasure to meet Natalia, so much so, when Sofology is ready for the balance of payment, we may visit the store to make the payment in the hope Natalia is there as it would be nice to see her again.
