James from the Hove branch was excellent Didn’t oversell and was very knowledgeable and helpful

Initially on arrival we asked about recliners and were told where they were and was left to brouse for a while. We liked that as we don't like to feel pressured. Polly came over after a while and we had a chat about what we wanted and she was very knowlegeable. There was plenty of choice but we were never pushed into making a decision.
It was a nice change to be left to browse.

We went into Sofology Hove with a few ideas, unsure of the capabilities of our space and unsure about how to achieve the right sofa in the colour we liked and a style which would support our comfort moving forward - Vanessa helped us trial and decide on the Sanctuary two seater with power headrest and recline, charging functionality and in a Nubuck lifestyle fabric which is easy to maintain. Her service, advice and walking us through finance was no doubt the reason we purchased the sofa then and there. Thank you Vanessa S!

We didn't feel pushed into a purchase and they explained everything about the types of fabric and cleaning etc really well. I think the insurance they reccomend you buy is very pricey but I sort of felt I needed to buy it.
Overall happy with the service

We have been in a few times to decided on our next sofa and today went in to finalise everything.
Richard was so helpful each time and went above and beyond and even gave our little one some colouring in to do while we sorted the paperwork.

From the moment we entered Hove Sofology until I received my sofa ,everything went extremely smoothly.Polly ,our assistant,was most knowledgeable,not at all pushy,extremely patient and polite.Today I received my sofa and I absolutely love it ! Even the delivery guys were superb and took all the packaging away with them. Would definitely recommend Sofology 100%.

Drew was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had previously visited the showroom and obtained swatches so had selected my choices. Drew helped with the final details and was knowledgeable but also very personable.

We were made to feel relaxed, unhurried, James was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient whilst we decided on colour and fabric! Would strongly recommend and cannot wait for the new media sofa to arrive!
