My husband and I were looking for a new sofa. We visited Sofology to see what’s available, the staff were helpful and attentive, we were helped by Sahil, we was great, super helpful and assisted with all our questions, offering suggestions to help us decide, he wasn’t pushy which we both really appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

Marie was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and understood everything we needed. Even put up with our kids.
So lovely and easy to talk to.

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology in Hedge End. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and given helpful advice, then left to browse at our own pace. Marc assisted us and was absolutely brilliant—he offered great guidance without being pushy and encouraged us to take our time looking around the store and even at other nearby stores.

Marc gave us real confidence in the products and made it clear that we didn’t need to buy anything we didn’t want or need. He answered all our questions thoroughly and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit.

We returned the next day to purchase our sofas, but unfortunately Marc wasn’t in that day. Even so, our first experience with him was so positive that we really appreciated the help and advice he gave us. Thank you, Marc!

The very experienced sales person Natasha was very approachable and professional. She answered all of our questions and offered great insite into every aspect of the process of buying with Sofology.We felt comfortable not rushed and valued we have never bought from Sofology before and now I can't recommend it highly enough. The purchase was straightforward and easy to understand. We are looking forward to the arrival of our chosen piece of furniture and making it at home. Great experience all round.

Fabulous choice of sofas and armchairs. Marc checked and double checked every detail of my order and made sure I was happy with each of my decisions regarding fabrics and cushion cover options. I would thoroughly recommend Sofology for their high quality products and excellent service.

Went late on Thursday night & were the only people in the shop. Ended up speaking to George who was great - personable, knowledgable & helpful. Order was easy & he didn’t oversell. Would recommend asking for George in store

Great customer service and feedback!

We were guided by George who is obviously an experienced sales person. He was sensitive to our requirements, friendly and proactive without being pushy. He was supported by a slick IT sales programme on an electronic tablet which was able to show examples of sofa configuration, colour and price - no guess work or imagination required by us.

We purchased a suite from you eighteen months ago and we now need a footstall.Mathiew checked your records to see what suite we had and suggested which footstool we needed.very professionally done and nothing was too much trouble

The staff were very helpful with all information about the product.
It was great not to feel pressurised to buy but allowed space to consider carefully before deciding. In my opinion this always produces the best outcome.

There staff were on hand, and in particular Natasha who dealt with our eventual sofa purchase, to answer any questions whilst also leaving us relaxed to wander around on our own and come back to them as needed.

Very clear and open advice on the sofa/chairs. Happy to spend the time explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We were served by Maria and she was a great help.

Really good experience and all really well explained by Steve in the hedge end store, he was able to go through a lot of what we want and didnt want and find the options that best suited us and resolved our concerns for not enough seating with alternative options. All in all a.quick and simple transaction.

BAD SERVICE AT HEDGE END, ONE STARTED , ANOTHER SALESMAN FINISHED, NOT PUNCTUAL , POOR INFO, NO PURCHASE RECEIPT FOR THE DEPOSIT WHY AWFUL. TRAINYOUR TEAM .
