I recently visited Sociology in Hedge End, having previously visited the other furniture shops nearby.
We were welcomed and then left to browse, very important when spending a significant amount of money and when your partner doesn't agree to all your wishes!
Having decided on our purchase, we were given answers to all our questions with good humour and professionalism.

Excellent service, no pressure
Sahil was very helpful on our initial visit to look for a new sofa. He took the time to talk through our requirements with us without any pressure to purchase. We returned today to purchase the sofa and once again Sahil was extremely helpful.
We're looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa in a few weeks.

Sofology Visit
Made very welcome on entry to your store. We were looking for a recliner. Saw 3 different designs we liked. Mark the salesman very knowledgeable. We returned the following day and chose a chair . 11 weeks is rather a long lead time, but told it would be 16 weeksafter this week..not had too much success with Chinese products. The only thing that has lasted more than 2 years being manufactured in China, is Covid. We have Gatenby the dxtra insurance to cover all eventualities.

Natasha was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose the right sofa for us. We were very impressed with the comfort, functionality and quality of the Hugo sofa. We can't wait for our new sofa to be delivered !

Top notch service
Well I would consider myself an awkward customer but it was a pleasure to shop in Sofology. I felt I could look around without being pestered, we decided on 2 chairs, the assistant was knowledgeable and informative and very efficient in sorting the order and finances out.

Searching a new sofa
We were able to browse around the store freely without being pursued by staff. When we did find a sofa of our choice, Steve was able to answer all our questions and was a big help in the process. We are very happy with the whole process.
