The girl who dealt with me was super helpful, friendly and explained everything really well. I loved that she wasn't pushy when advising of additional products to purchase.

Fantastic service
This was my second time buying in Sofology. Plenty of choice and very friendly Knowledgeable staff. Cyril our salesman was very clear and informative about our choice. No pushy salesmanship. Certainly recommend.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, Mia and Cyril were both extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions, check sizes, deliberate options without feeling under pressure, in fact the whole approach was to make sure we got the right thing for us. Found this a very refreshing approach compared to other shops we had been in where the sale seemed to be the priority.

Fantastic service, great experience
We visited twice and got great service both times. No pressure to buy, just genuine offers of help and advice.
When we returned ready to make a purchase, Andy took his time talking us through all options, again no pressure, no rush, no up-selling. A really wonderful experience, thank you Andy!
