First we seen Karen who was lovely and helped us make the final decision on choosing sofology.
When we came back to buy a sofa we had the wonderful Cameron who made the whole experience even better.
Thank you to them both for our time in choosing our favourite sofa.

The experience in the showroom was really good, the sofoligist (Brian) in the Dundee shop was excellent.
There was a bit of a mix up when we ordered online, but once we went back to the showroom Brian was there yet again to sort the order out, first class.

We bought a sofa for our first home in sofogy in dundee and attended the store more than 3 times as we were so undecided with what we wanted, Brian and Derek were great in assisting with this experience and helping us find the perfect sofa!

My wife and I went into Sofology a few times while choosing our sofa, and every visit was a great experience. The team were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — especially Zahid, who truly stood out.

Zahid spent real time with us on each visit, never rushed or pushy. My wife and I had different tastes, but his knowledge and guidance helped us make the right decision together. Sofology is lucky to have someone like Zahid — he is a real asset to the business.

We have now purchased our sofa and would happily recommend Sofology to others. Thanks also to Kamran and Derek for their help!

Very relaxed and professional experience.

Do not buy a leather suite from Sofology. My suite has been sat on less than 12 times and the leather is sagging and creased. The suite has gaps between the seats and the headrests are out of alignment. Been advised by Sofology that the leather has puddled which is normal. None of the suites in the showroom have puddled. I have had various leather suites and they don’t puddle. Also told that misalignment is within manufacturing tolerance. Inspector from Emmiera group came to view my suite. He totally lied saying that even though puddling was within manufacturing tolerance Sofology would definitely have to do something as the customer is always right. He even said he wouldn’t be happy if he had my suite in his house and wouldn’t buy from Sofology. That says it all. At no point when I was purchasing my suite was I advised of puddling. All I want is a suite that looks like the one in the showroom Avoid at all costs.

Karen John in Dundee Sofology was super good with everything. Came across as knowledgeable and gave us all the relevant information. She was calm, polite and patient. Excellent customer interaction.

We visited the store three times to make sure what we needed. On each visit we were met with friendly staff and left us alone to view the products. Karen was lovely to deal with and explained everything in detail. We were confident to place the order with her.

Great service in-store. There was no pressure to hurry in any of our decisions and the assistant was on hand and helpful when required.
