Pauline was a great advisor and spent time making sure we were happy with what we were ordering.

Pauline has been amazing and patient with me choosing a settee and given me real good advice She is extremely helpful and polite and I feel she was very trustworthy

Gary at Doncaster was really helpful and recommended a slightly smaller sofa to fit into the space. He even sorted me out when I put the wrong mobile number in the order!!

We had a very pleasant experience in the store!
We spent some time there. We went from one side of the store to the other couple of times, and finally found the perfect corner sofa for our home.

We would like to say a BIG thank you to - Aaron - , the sales consultant, from the bottom of our hearts, for his patience and understanding. He's the best!

Well i was greeted by Pauline she was very polite , funny and very professional 👌.
I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several sofas with everything I asked for. She certainly new her job and aimed to please. I cant thank her enough she was so nice and at the end I decided on my new sofa which will be arriving in April . I would highly recommend sofology to anyone and there sofas are amasing .

We purchased our sofa from the York Road branch ,and served by Gary and Pauline who were the nicest genuine people who gave great advice and listened to our needs. We didn't purchase straight away but still they gave us measurements to take away and try and their number in case we needed to get in touch. All in all they wasn't pushy in the slightest and the products in sofology were far superior to those in other stores we had looked at.
The non pushy approach and great advice made our decision easy to purchase with this company.

Absolute 5 star experience with Pauline at the Doncaster store at Danum Retail Park. Nothing but helpful (and not pushy) from start to finish. We made 3 trips before we finished the purchase on our new sofa and she was so helpful feel like I made a friend for life. This lady is the best.

We visited the Doncaster store and were greeted by 3 members of friendly staff on a fairly quiet Monday afternoon. We were asked if we had been before and Gary proceeded to tell us the about the choices of fabrics and styles of sofas. He guided us to a sofa he thought might suit our needs and left us to browse, frequently coming back to check on us. We were able to ask questions regarding pet friendly fabrics and delivery expectation times. We weren’t expecting to make a decision today but left the store having ordered a sofa and chair! Very happy to recommend to friends and family

I highly recommend Aaron. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to understand what I needed and made the entire process easy and pleasant.

We dealt with aaron he was great not pushy, welcomed us then let us have a wonder round, I already had a rough idea which sofa I wanted so he gave us information (prices/measurements) told us to go & have a think, went back withn an hour & bought!
Fab customer service lovely to see compared to when you get jumped on & followed at other sofa stores!

Great shopping experience, well looked after by Aaron in store, had a couple of visits with email communication in between but throughout I felt we were advised well and looked after.

It was a great experience made even better with Tracey at the Doncaster branch very welcoming and informative and if she didn’t know she went out of her way to find out the answer for me needless to say we purchased a sofa and we look forward to it arriving in a few weeks time
