Was attended to by Mariola at the Coventry branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable and made shopping experience a joyful experience

Mariola at the Coventry store was outstanding. She made our purchase of the Hackney sofas effortless, offering just the right balance of guidance and space for us to make our decision with confidence. Her approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Corey at Sofology Coventry was very helpful and we were able to go home, check the measurements and then complete the order online which he had outlined in store.

A good experience walked around without getting pounced on by a pushy sales team, staff were polite said good morning and left us to it, we chose a sofa acknowledged a sales man whos name is Corey and then he came over to us. Answered all of our questions (very knowledgeable) would recommend Sofology Coventry a nice shopping experience and looking for our new sofa to be delivered.

Great service from 3 kind gentlemen. I wanted a box of cleaning products and was suggested 2 boxes which were on offer.
Very great store, people and fabulous sofas.

Mariola was absolutely brilliant very patient with me as I could not make my mind up about which sofa I wanted and especially the colours and gave me swatches to take home, with her experience guided me into getting the perfect sofa which is absolutely beautiful and the colour is amazing.

The staff were fabulous especially Mariola in Coventry Alvis retail park branch we are very happy with her service

Wendy was amazing! Very helpful not at all pushy, she was great with our children, gave them colouring whilst we filled in all the paperwork. We can’t wait to get our new sofas.

My only complaint would have been it would have been nice to have fabric samples in the store as not everyone has got access to the internet. Great young salesman very helpful and knowledgeable .
