Staff very helpful, good knowledge of products and was able to answer all queries

Furniture was good quality salesperson excellent.

As it was a Monday there was only 2 members of staff at the store & they were both with customers, but a lovely lady offered coffee & explained I would be attending to very shortly.

Still waiting for delivery of settees after miscommunication between the sales and accounts teams resulting in several rearranged delivery dates, followed by a failed delivery (Sofology’s mistake). We live in hope they will contact us soon so we get our settees delivered. Delivery team very nice but had been given partial information despite the care we took to inform showroom of requirements before buying the settees (when we accepted their reassurances that delivery would not be an issue.)

My experience was made so easy for me when choosing my sofa,I would definitely recommend !

To buy from Sofology I would have to be under General Anaesthetic.

I called the Cardiff store for a bit of information based on my previous order so I could then look for another sofa.
During the call the lady asked such silly questions that were completely pointless considering advising her why I was calling. I then asked to speak with the manager, the response being I am the manager...... Shocked that a manager would conduct themselves this way I asked really? Yes, well what you have asked I would not expect a manager to ask. The lady hung up on me.
I fed this back, received a call today, they got the details wrong then kept me waiting 30 minutes for a call back until I emailed saying I will leave it.
Will Never Return.

My intention was to come on Saturday to look at Sofas, based on my experience no chance.
Absolute Shambles.
Never Again, I suggest if you are looking for quality look elsewhere and this is based purely on my experience alone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. Once the payment was made for the sofa, the level of support has been nothing short of a nightmare. The service has been very poor, and the overall experience has been the worst I’ve had with any company. Scammers

Best Settee shopping experience by far!
Was happy to be left to my own devices whilst looking at the range of settees in the showroom, but grateful to the gentleman who offered his assistance should I need him.
Was able to make my own decisions without any pressure from salespeople which I was very grateful for.
Once my decision was made, the salesman that approached me to offer his help at the beginning, then talked me through all my options after I had made my decision. He was exceptionally helpful and very professional and supportive. He discussed all the options available before I made my final decision.
He is a real asset to the company.

Though i purchased a Sofa and recliner, i didn't like the attitude of the manager of store that day. I attended the store before and had a better welcoming and treatment from a different team.

The salesperson was friendly, attentive but not too pushy. He was very knowledgeable on the sofa we chose. Very helpful.

Just join the Facebook group - Sofology angry customers. Sofa are not made in UK. Whatever yon order - you’ll get a Temu - Ali baba version of it. If the sofa arrives and you don’t like it refuse or the leather is looking creased refuse it straight away.

Really disapointed
we had heard great things about sofology and the experience in the store was ok when we ordered our sofa in January. However there were very bad issues wiht our delivery, our sofa was delayed by 2 months form the expected original date and there was no update from sofology, no explanations why it was delayed, I had to always contact them and they kept giving me various dates.
the sofa finally arrived in June and 1 month on, the footstall is falling apart, we barely opened it and you can see its really badly made.
I called them abaout it and they tried twice to have money back (£150 first then £180 whne it cost £500) to keep it! we did not agree to that and now have to wait for another 11 weeks for the footstall, will never buy from there again!

We found the store layout very good but most impressive was the excellent way Jacob dealt with us.

Transaction very quick, able to access finance easily for 2yrs. Ordered 1 chair and surprised to find out there was a 12-week wait. Hoping it will be worth it!

We ordered Waldorf sofa as our choice of color and size. It feels comfortable and relaxing. FItting was done professionallyin Perfect way. Removed and cleared all the stuffs comes with it. Felt tired of waiting for the delivery date to come as it took almost 8 weeks. Finally, got satisfied with the product.
