Sahma looked after us very well, explaining all the choices thoroughly. She was very helpful.

Salam the sales agent in store was very helpful and was able to provide suggestions of alternative options when our first choice was not suitable for the room (to big) .

Theresa the sales woman was very personable, knowledgable and not pushy. Very relaxed atmosphere

Excellent service from Matthew Daly at Sofology Belfast.
Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his full attention from start to finish. He guided us confidently through the process, and we booked two sofas with complete peace of mind. After the sale, we contacted him to make a few amendments, which he handled promptly, happily, and very professionally—confirming everything clearly by email.

As a businessman myself, I can confidently say that salespeople of Matthew’s calibre are very rare to find. He truly knows what he’s doing and represents Sofology exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

Really nice welcoming feeling when we arrived into the store on the Bochure Road in Belfast.

Shop is nicely laid out, some beautiful pieces on display. We had a fairly good idea what we were looking for and thankfully this is where we found it.

After visiting a few stores over a course
of a few days we were delighted to have come across this store.

We were left to wander without any interruptions and were only approached when we finally found what we wanted.

Shout out to Ellie, all in all it took me about an hour to decide on material and colour and not once did my hesitation or indecision bother her.

Only young but very knowledgeable and great with customers. She definitely played a part in our purchase, can't wait to see my new sofa arrive.

Will definitely be back when the need arises.

First of all a massive thank you to Barry in the Belfast store for helping me and my partner have the smoothest visit in store. He talked us through the whole process of picking our sofa and clearly specified what we were choosing from the start to the end. He had told us how to take care of our sofa and also took his time with us. Again Thank you Barry for your time, I would definitely recommend going through Barry for future purchases.

Made very welcome. No pressurised sales. When we purchased our sofa ellie was lovely. Always smiling and explained everything and any additional questions we asked.

We bought a sofa with smart console. We had a few concerns regarding aftercare, guarantee etc. Salma the sales assistant was excellent. She patiently answered all our questions and kept in touch as we made up our mind. Her recommendations of taking out additional cover were based on personal experience. We cannot yet comment on after care service or delivery, but have been impressed with the sale so far

We had a great experience with Barry and Matt on Boucher Road. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to us selecting our sofa (which can be difficult at the best of times - so many options). We will definitely be back again!

We were greeted by Teresa as soon as we entered the store, she asked if we had been there before & when we confirmed we had, asked if there was anything she could help us with. We knew exactly what we wanted so Teresa took us to where the seat was situated & checked the options we wanted before processing our order. She was friendly, helpful, patient & knowledgeable.
The store itself was brightly lit, well laid out & had lots of choices.
