I received my first Sofia Zakia order this morning and am truly genuinely touched by the amount of care and attention on display. One of those orders where you keep everything the item was packaged with just because its all so beautiful. A personalised handwritten thank you note with my order and beautifully printed postcards, it all just exudes so much love and really stands out as making me feel valued as a customer. The piece is stunning and as described. When I found their website I was so excited, they seemed to have all the jewellery I’ve been wanting but unable to find, like Medusa themed and Twin Peaks themed pieces?! Two of my favourite things. Will absolutely be purchasing again soon, what an amazing business and I hope they get the spotlight they deserve. Thank you so much

I waited for 2 months for my jewelry shipment to be delivered. I was so excited when it finally did. However, to my surprise, it was the wrong pakage ( someone else's order). Customer service is so poor at responding. I still dont know when my order will be delivered. Now, is this a legitimate site? Ill find out soon.

We purchased our engagement ring and both wedding rings from here and could not be more pleased! We looked at dozens of jewelers and no one is as unique and beautiful as Sofia Zakia. Incredible designs (I believe they also do custom), quality, and prices. Our items came beautifully packaged with handwritten notes from the jewelry makers themselves. Loyal customer for life!
