As a great facilitator, she is able to get in and out of the talks when needed, stimulating the interaction within the team. Her competence and knowledge of the topics plays a key role into that, as it creates high interest and focus within the trainees.

Great expertise and efficient in delivering her knowledge while keeping her session also enjoyable! Guys, no matter how much I love subject I usually fall asleep on indoors workshops - Sofia kept me engaged and entertained 😃 I felt like I am growing every minute I spent at her workshop. She is super spot on and really helps you to tackle your problems/limiting beliefs. Moreover she gives you tools, time and her attention to overcome them.
