Ruturn/refund problem
Ordered a stretch cover for 2 seater sofa but after paying was emailed to say item was out of stock. I emailed back saying that I was prepared to wait until cover was back in stock. Their reply:- OK. A few days later a parcel arrived but upon opening the package, it was the wrong colour. Emailed the same day to inform them of the mistake and asked what the procedure was for returning the item and receiving a full refund. That was on the 29.12.23 and after sending several more emails as at todays date 11.01.24 I have not received one reply from Sofacoveruk. Their website states that they try to reply to any queries within 24 hours - What a joke. My advise DO NO USE.
