Great sofa
Great sofa. Wonderful colour (purple). Delivery was fun. I had checked the sizes and min door width. But the delivery guys were less sure. But with clever movement and the odd “pivot” it was delivered no problems. Yet to use it as a bed. But certainly looks the part. Comfy as a sofa. Very pleased. Thanks everyone

Addition scatter cushions that were ordered at extra cost were not supplied. Delivery was to the billing address and not the shipping address. Calls not returned. Would not recommend.

Quality sofa bed
Took a chance by ordering a sofa bed online, which wasn’t too difficult. Bed arrived within the 6 week time period for delivery. I was not disappointed. Fits into my spare room/office nicely. The fabric quality is good and the colour ‘sand’ blends well with decoration. Thoroughly recommend this service 5*

Value for my money with superb service
Excellent service delivered on time as per the commitment of 1 week. They even replaced the mattress with 2 days of sofa bed delivery as the first one was a bit soft.

Excellent customer service from the first contact until delivery of the sofa. This business is really what every other business should aim for. They go the extra mile to provide a good customer service and they really show that they care about the customer in every step of the process. I haven't had my sofa for long but I really love it. It is exactly what I was looking for, it looks of great quality and my guests said they slept very well on it.

Superb service.
Service was first rate. The sofa bed is of a very high standard, and we’re very impressed with it. Communication from the company was great, and they managed to make and deliver our sofa for the date we needed. Delivery to the room was professional and tidy. Cannot recommend them enough if you want a great quality sofa bed.

What a fantastic company!!
We are thrilled with this company from start to finish. James in particular was a lovely guy, cheery, polite, knowledgeable & accommodating - he took the time to demonstrate the mechanisms of the sofa beds & allowed us to lie on the two types of mattresses which helped us to decide which was best for us. He didn’t try to push a sale & was happy to give us as much time as we needed. Their swatch variety is very extensive - so many beautiful colours & materials to choose from! The delivery was swift & seamless - the 2 delivery guys were friendly & professional - they even pulled the sofa-bed out so that we could check that we were happy with it before they left. And as for the sofa-bed itself it’s just what we wanted - it’s plush, neat & VERY comfortable (both to sit on & lie on). We went for the Chelsea sofa-bed & opted for all 3 of the upgrades that they offer (mattress/hotel action/bed width)…definitely worth the extra cost for the extra comfort. What a fantastic British (& local to us here in Cheshire!) company!!
