We spent a long time looking for new sofas for our lounge. We could not find anything that met our needs. We had purchased a sofabed from you 18 months ago, and were very impressed with the quality of the sofabed.
So decided that although another sofabed was not needed, we would buy another to use purely as a sofa.

The price although not the cheapest, is very competitve for the quality of the build.

The website offers all the information needed to make a decision. The order process was simple and straightforward- I was initially concerned about the delivery not arriving in time to suit my needs, but all it took was a phone call to Blackdog Upholstery to experience the high level of customer care they provide. They were personable and eager to help, and I got my order early and delivered to my room of choice. The product is of excellent quality; I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend anyone to go directly to Sofabed.co.uk.

Courier company could not get product upstairs and left it in the hallway. The company went above and beyond to rectify this and it was relocated within a few days. My dealings with them were fantastic and I thoroughly recommend them for that and the sofa is lovely

The sofa is great. The packaging and delivery could have been better. Leave off the legs so they don’t mark the hall walls as they needed to be repainted

Picked wrong fabric. Final result disappointing & quite expensive. Not sure how to rectify mistake.

Wow - Excellent service from start to delivery of a very good UK made sofa bed and related items. I contacted Karen to know more about the product. Given fantastic information and answered all my questions. She even sent me the cloth design patches to choose from. The items I ordered were delivered exactly on the date agreed, personally delivered and set up by James and his colleague. Thank you I shall in the future definitely recommend your company.

I researched a lot to find a comfortable sofa bed, having had a very uncomfortable one in the past. So many look and feel dreadfully uncomfortable and I’d almost given up hope when I found this company. They ticked all the boxes - friendly helpful staff, standard double sized spring mattress, half slatted base to give extra support, very attractive design, very good choice of fabrics and at a better price than the uncomfortable sofa beds I’d looked at. Initially the cushions feel very firm but with use I know they will soften a little.

If you need a Sofa bed then look no further. I can't fault my experience from start to finish, they went above and beyond. From answering my many questions during the sales process, letting me visit the warehouse to see the product, updating me on the process, quality of the sofa bed through to delivery. Very easy to contact always available to help pre, during and post order.
