How dare you steal money from me!! I have never signed upto your so called company or even visited your website, until today to get your details, you ignore the phone and emails, shocking company, I really dont know how you sleep at night, return my money that you have stolen from me! Respond to my emails, as i will not sit around and let you get away with it!!!!

Scum I can't believe they took another 35 pound out my bank you can't ring them no answer or email as they don't get back to you these people our taking money of Vunrable people I hope you know you our taking money that people and I have not got once again having trouble with my bloody bank to get the money back

Scamming little bar stewards. Just had 32.50 taken out of my bank. Didn't agree to it, didn't opt in to anything, don't even have an account with them after trying to log in! Was related to a loan search. I WILL be getting a refund from these thieving mites and it won't end there....And another company called TRUSTBUDGET took 30 quid. How is this even legal!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have taken £29 from my account despite not subscribing to the service. Have emailed over 10 times, called numerous times and left messages in website. No answer and bank will not refund the money. Disgraceful scam artists.

I also read and clicked NO to signing up to the service when making an online application for a loan. I was signed up and charged but luckily my bank picked it up and blocked it. - lucky for me! Company should be closed down as it is not trading legally!

Do NOT put your bank card in anything line its used to exploit vunerable people.
Spoke to all requesting refunds and nothing so far. Bank cant do anything to get money back but stopped future payment. Their 'service' centres are full of people who I dont know how they live with themselves knowing they are frauding people. I asked today for a head office number to get an auth code to give my bank to stop the pending payment and they refused to give me one.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE dont look at any payday loans companies they all have these dodgy companies in their pockets to pass on your info and fraudulently subcribe you whether you agree to it or not

Scum. Took £30 from my account for something I never signed up for. The people who own it own other similar companies. Disgusting. Bank won’t help me. Reported to trading standards and local authorities. How do these “people” sleep at night?

Never visited this site and they have taken £30.00 out. The bank have told me I have to investigate the fact they have commited fraud!!!!! I've never even been in the website !!!! Total bunch of thieves

This company are scum they have taken £32 out of my account without authorisation, ive tried to contact them but cannot find a number to ring to get my money back. As there website is corrupt and won’t work? Does anyone have a contact number for this company, I’m absolutely fuming who do they think they are stealing from hardworking people? I have not signed up for anything to allow them to take money.. please someone give me a contact number...

These "people" prey on those just looking for loans. I pressed NO to their offer of their product but they still signed me up! I hope people in future check these reviews before clicking anywhere near Point Social or Social Point. I eventually managed to speak to an agent before any money has been taken but time will tell if they do try to take money. Be wary of these scammers.

These people are thieves, I've just discovered they have been taking money from my account for several months without my having agreed to anything. I have never heard of them until today when my bank informed me that the money missing from my account had essentially been stolen by this mob of crooks. I never signed up for the service and in fact I'm not even sure what it is they do as I had literally never heard of them until now. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Furious

Scammed Too. I've emailed and phoned many times. Bank still processed the charge for 27.99 despite me providing evidence that i clicked on no, I don't want to go ahead. I screenshot that too. Was promised a refund by bank last Saturday but nothing, now will try again. Bank are aware of them

They took 28 pounds from my account. Don't know who they are . How to get my money back

I had never heard of this company and now they have taken money out of my account to the tune of £70, tried calling company phone number 0161 out of service, emailed no answer.. now my bank have said I can EITHER stop transactions from the company OR apply for refund which means they would still be able to take more out... now what do I do....
